Great hotel and great location. The best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

Booked this stay through Expedia for two adults and one child, when we wanted to extend the stay for one additional night I was told I owe them additional money for previous night, even though we paid in advance for all of us. The staff was more concerned about additional charges for previous night than having us stay additional night, and was very unfriendly when I tried to discuss the situation. The total amount we were charged for one night was not worth it and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on the outdated rooms and old uncomfortable beds. After paying additional charges and parking fees, I would not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other newer hotels in the area which are much better and nicer all around. We stayed another night in another hotel near by and staff and hotel room was much nicer and totally worth it and no hidden fees. Once we left the reception area to sit in the lobby, all three staff members got together and were clearly talking about us like we didn’t know what was happening. Very unprofessional for a high priced hotel with hidden fees with zero respect for customer. Will not be staying here ever again but people should know how they run and operate this place when booking using other web sites that were less expensive as the hotel. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay and it’s a shame they are allowed to call this place Belvedere with such unfriendliness and outdated rooms.

We could hear dogs barking all night. The bed was tiny and there was no option to change nor did they seem to care when we asked. The breakfast buffet was excellent. But overall not a great experience for the price paid and supposed reputation.

Excellent place to stay.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here for our anniversary. They sped up the preparation of our room so that we could check in earlier. we got a free upgrade and a lovely surprise of wine in our room. The room was so nice and exceptionally clean like bran new. we loved every part of our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He provided great local recommendations and made sure all my needs were taken care of with genuine care and attention. It’s rare to come across such dedicated hospitality, and Mr. Wojciech truly exemplifies it. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice hotel with outstanding staff. True focus on being eco friendly. Great breakfast options that included homemade cake and delicious coffee. Quiet location with easy access to local dining and shopping. Tasty restaurant on premises. Close to local public transit and short drive to central train station.

Very nice hotel! Calm surroundings. Only about 15 min. walk to the city center, or to the hiking trails.

It was right at the edge of town so just a few minutes to the hiking trails and the national park. It's also only a few minutes to a bus stop to get you into town.

Lovely hotel in a quieter part of Zakopane but still easy short walk to the town centre as well as the area around the ski jump. It's also on a doorstep to some waking trails. We enjoyed the breakfast spread, so much choice! The pool was a hit with the kids in our party. There's also bowling and kids room in the hotel. Parking charge is extra. Would stay again.

Hotel is large but feels cozy. Breakfast was great with large variety. Maybe not a gourmet but many choices, including a kids corner, and a good value for $. The pool with the slide is a great option for an indoors kids activity on a bad weather day. The hotel is a little off the main touristic center, about 15-20min walk, for good or for bad. There is a parking charge (as listed in their details). Some staff was very friendly and helpful despite language barrier. Some not so much. In one case I asked for a towel from a rack, an employee said "No English. Reception" and turned his back to me. Another lady immediately tried to help though. Regarding the pool, the sitting area is quite small, I asked an employee about chairs when non were available and he said that this is it and I have to wait. Later I figured that there is an additional sitting area upstairs. So why not saying that? Still I would recommend, I think this hotel is a decent value for money. Could be excellent but was just great.

It was an amazing staying at The Hotel Belvedere. Great Hospitality and wide choice in Breakfast including vegan and vegetarian. Completely recommended.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Zakopane und fühlten uns sehr angezogen vom Charme/der Stimmung der Stadt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder einmal Zakopane und das Belvedere besuchen.

Tourist trap. Outdated. Loud. Uncomfortable beds and bad smell in bathroom. Terrible pool and massage service. Will never visit again.

Bardzo przyjazny hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, miła obsługa. Brak klimatyzacji to jedny minus w upalne dni.

I’ve traveled a lot and stayed at 5 star hotels so I am no stranger to quality, but Belvedere took our breath away. Simply stunning facilities, extremely friendly and professional staff. Very accommodating. Delicious food. Best spa service. Chocolate massage was my favorite. Will definitely be going back and recommending this hotel to anyone I know.

This hotel was great! About 11 minutes walking to the city centre. Breakfast buffet with a good variety of meals, fruits and salads. The staff at the hotel was friendly and spoke English. There are squash courts, gym, bowling lanes and a swimming pool with sauna and steam room!!
