The hotel is well located, at the edge of the Old Town, walking distance, safe and quiet. The hotel's resto menu was also interesting. Recommended

This was a great hotel to stay at for a visit to old town, Warsaw. Excellent staff and service, amenities, and conveniently located in old town Warsaw.

Front desk was very helpful to call a taxi for the airport when the internet was down. Walking distance to old town for restaurants and sightseeing. Safe and good value!

We skipped the breakfast because it was a chaotic mob scene and too expensive. A fridge and or microwave in the room would be have been appreciated Access to transit was great

The property was lovely - the rooms kinda sucked. Very barren, no fridge, no safe, no anything but a meager shelf and small, I mean TINY closet. No facial towel or wash cloth. Breakfast was FABULOUS!!! Service was terrific.

The hotel is a fair distance from anything. The staff on reception were not friendly or welcoming. The food at breakfast was limited for the price of it . We left after 1 night to stay somewhere more central

Good location near old Town and a park.

The room was a nice size, bed was comfortable but they turned off the air conditionning to the room from 10 pm to 10am every night. This left us waking up in the middle of the night with uncomfortable sweets. Took away from what should have been an enjoyable stay. Remember this is late August.

Good breakfast with many options. The hotel was accessible to the airport, old town and many other attractions by public transportation. Building was clean and comfortable. Sometimes there was not hot water. I would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The room was large and beautiful. I do want to mention this. There is no need to go out and try to find a place to eat unless you just want to look at the same food choices rapped up in different boxes. My wife and I must of walked 2 hrs looking for a nice place to eat just to be disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. So we would end up back at the hotel. The hotel restaurant provides such a wide range of choices and the food is of such high quality. We just ate there for all our meals.and enjoyed the city

Ganska minimalistiskt hotell. Rent och modernt. Ok frukostbuffe. Ca 10min gåväg till tunnelbanan, övrig kollektivtrafik ligger precis utanför dock. 15min gåväg till gamla stan. Inget direkt att klaga på, utom att det inte fanns kylskåp på rummet...

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war leider enttäuschend. Bereits beim Betreten fiel mir auf, dass die Zimmertür nur schwer zu öffnen war. Zudem waren die Steckdosen locker, was dazu führte, dass mein Smartphone-Ladegerät kaum stabil angeschlossen werden konnte – es war ständig ein Wackelkontakt vorhanden. Der allgemeine Zustand des Zimmers ist definitiv über die Jahre gekommen. Türen wiesen deutliche Kratzer auf und die Möbel wirkten insgesamt abgenutzt. Besonders ärgerlich war das Licht im Bad: Die Lampen brauchten sehr lange, bis sie angingen – hier scheint ein technisches Problem vorzuliegen. Das Frühstückserlebnis war ebenfalls wenig überzeugend. Gegen 9 Uhr morgens ist es kaum möglich, einen Platz zu bekommen, da zu wenig Sitzplätze für die Anzahl der Gäste vorhanden sind. Man benötigt Glück, um überhaupt frühstücken zu können. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer anscheinend eindeutig renovierungsbedürftig. Ich kann aber leider auch nur von unserem Zimmer sprechen , vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech, so ein Zimmer bekommen zu haben. Viele Dinge sollten dort dringend gewartet oder erneuert werden. Der Service war gut, Standort ist natürlich super. Dennoch, aufgrund des Zimmer-Zustandes, kann ich das Hotel momentan leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
