Hotel was great for what we wanted, close to everything, clean & quiet

Great place to stay for the Christmas market.

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. Check-in easy and great communication from reception. Fantastic location.

Gefallen hat uns die freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir kein Fernseh gucken,da es nur polnische Programme gab und das Bild immer wieder verschwand. Wir hätten auch gerne Nachrichten im deutschen Sender gesehen,leider war der einzige Sender nicht auf HD umgestellt. Schade. Auch für internationale Gäste ist das ein minus Punkt. Das Frühstück war reichlich und vielseitig. Personal war freundlich und umsichtig. Würden das Hotel trotzallem weiter empfehlen. ausausgestattetusreichend

Luddiga i missvisande info ang olika sevärd. Port telefonen för att komma in efter 18.00, fungerade inte alltid. Fö var lägenheten o läget mycket bra. Rekommenderas

A smart hotel at a great location for exploring the city. Easy to get to from the airport and a beautiful spot by the river and walking path. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, a good start for the day. Our only issue was the temperature in the room. No AC and only one fan, was very hot.

El lavavajillas no tiene ninguna pastilla, cubiertos insuficientes. El baño es algo pequeño.

Schönes Hotel. Gutes Frühstück. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist ideal für einen Städtetrip.

**Hotel Review:** Unfortunately, I would like to share my experience at this hotel, which was below expectations. Here are some key points to consider: 1. **Bed Size:** The beds are smaller than anticipated, which may affect comfort for some guests. 2. **Accessibility:** The hotel can be challenging to locate, and unloading luggage is not straightforward. Multiple stairs and many doors made moving my suitcases super challenging. 3. **Reception Hours:** The reception desk operates only until 6 p.m., which could be inconvenient for late arrivals. Lady at the front desk showed zero interest in helping me or solve an issue such as parking space or need of iron. Instead of saying let me see what I can do all I got was cold NO, I cannot help you. 4. **Missing Amenities:** There were several standard amenities typically found in other hotels that were lacking: - No thermostat for temperature control. - Parking was not available without a reservation, despite being a significant factor in my choice to stay here. - Blackout window blinds were absent, leading to daylight entering the room, making it difficult to sleep. - Limited toiletries were provided; only soap was available, with no toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, or a sufficient number of towels. - There was no in-room safe for valuables. - No room service or any food in the hotel (except breakfast that was offered for extra fee). 5. **Room Comfort:** The room did not have a comfortable chair for relaxation while watching

Grymt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, perfekt läge och snyggt rum. Enda nackdelen var att det var väldigt varmt på rummet och ingen termostat
