It was nice little apartment enough for short break stay. Clean and comfortable. Close to the centre only 20 min walk. The only disadvantage was that this apartment was located on the 3rd floor and there’s no lift. So if travelling with luggage it’s quite challenging to get to the top floor. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Nice location

Really enjoyed the location and amenities. However, we were not aware that there was no elevator, and we had to lug our luggage up four levels of stairs! Not happy with the stairs, but we loved the location.

Close to the central bus and train stations, A quiet and cozy apt. Easy to self check-in & check- out.

It’s a nice apartment. I’m not fan of the area.

I was in a nice apartment....on the third (3) floor of the building. It was spacious and clean, but three flights up the stairs, with no elevator available. Heating was great, but you may have to supply batteries for the control. The bed was very comfortable, and needed, after climbing three (3) flights of stairs to reach the apartment. There's a fabulous mall, as well as both train and bus transportation a block away from the apartment.

Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big luggages. Toilet is tiny with a 4ft shower area. Room is not bright due to lack of windows, but just 2 small windows at the top. Cannot open window to get fresh air while it's raining or snowing.

Stay was very satisfying

Comfortable and very close to the station. The apartment is clean and quiet.

I could not get into the property. I tried several times during the day. I had to find other lodging for the night.

Efficient and clean apartment just a couple minutes walk from train station. Detailed email explaining how to get key with no further communication. Basic kitchen necessities provided. No extra pillows or blankets.

Sehr schönes Apartment in top Lage beim Bahnhof. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Altstadt entfernt. Voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Check-in funktioniert schnell und einfach über Zugangscode.

I highly recommend these apartments to everyone! Top location, superb quality, and exceptionally good prices. Close to the Main Railway Station in Krakow (3 minutes on foot), where you can access all means of transportation to reach any point in the city. The interior of the station is full of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, so being here you have everything you need at your fingertips. The location is therefore excellent, a fifteen-minute walk to the Main Market Square of Krakow. I chose the ground floor apartment - the Comfort Apartment, which was very nice and clean; it was very quiet and peaceful despite being a central location. The apartment had everything I needed - a Smart TV with satellite channels, clean white hotel linen on a comfortable king-size bed, fresh towels, soap, and shower gel in the bathroom, and even a capsule coffee maker in the kitchen. Self-check-in was very easy and convenient, with very clear instructions. In summary, it was one of the best accommodations I've had in Krakow, and I will definitely use it again in the future.

Perfect location close to galeria krakowska railway/bus station and that's it. Apartment is very noisy during day and night. Windows and doors should be soundproofing. My neighbours had a party last night so couldn't sleep at all. Shower gel and hand wash should be refilled but wasn't. In the bathroom on the top lots of dust and flies/ on the wall hair. Pillows should be changed same as mattress and tv cable channels shocking.. It's not even basic plan so there is nothing to watch at all. Very disappointed wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone
