Nobu Hotel Warsaw

The hotel didn't let me in. I paid the full rate for the room, but was not prepared to pay additional deposit at check in. I arrived late, I had troubles with my credit cards and at the time I arrived there were no currency exchanges working near the hotel and no ATM. I understand my responsibility for having valid credit cards and that I had to be prepared for additional deposit, but I was just a person in trouble, first time having such a problem with my cards and the "luxury" hotel didn't offer me any options to pay with the invoice later or other, they just took my money paid for the room and didn't let me in without the deposit. I personally will avoid this hotel for me and my family. I strongly believe that additional deposits should be included at the stage of booking, so that people never get into such a situation when they paid for the room, but were not checked in.

Nobu is a home away from home. Of course hotels elegance, cleanliness, bedding, design, location stand out… however, what stands out the most is the people that work in this establishment. From chef Marcin and chef Tomek who make the most delicious breakfast, to Yana and Jennie at the rest of crew in restaurant service that make eating at Nobu a special, high quality experience. To of course Jan, Norbert and Diana at the front desk … who every month greed me with a smile and warmth and professionalism. To cleaning crew who does a perfect job. I stay in NOBU very often, sometimes for a week… each time I leave I cannot wait to come back. Thank you

Serious security breach and condescending service. Do not leave valuables here. I am writing this to warn other travelers. We recently stayed at Nobu Hotel in Warsaw, and while the hardware of the hotel is great, the security and service are completely unacceptable. Theft / Security: To be direct: money was stolen from our hotel room. We know exactly when this happened. It was the only day we left our bags unattended, and we know housekeeping entered the room during that specific window because we asked for it.When we returned, our money was gone. We are 100% certain this was done by the staff who accessed our room. It is a violation of privacy and trust that ruined our entire holiday. Service / Wi-Fi: To add to the frustration, the service was dry and unhelpful. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work using the standard instructions (Room Number + Last Name). It simply wouldn't connect. There were no instructions anywhere stating a different login method. We had to call room service just to get transferred to reception to ask for help. When we spoke to the front desk, they told us we were supposed to use "only the first 3 letters" of the last name. Worse than the technical issue was the attitude: they spoke to us as if we were stupid for not knowing this unwritten rule. The Room: It is a shame because the room itself was amazing—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The design of the building and rooms is very nice. The experience though otherwise was just okay. I think of staying at a nice hotel like this to have really amazing service and going above and beyond. This was average. We went for a drink in the sake bar one night and they didn't have any ingredients for any of the signature drinks? Or the bartender just didn't want to. Also didn't have wines on the list. It really was a subpar experience for something labeled as 5 star. Design is chic and nice but really isn't an experience, in my opinion.

Great staff

While the service from the lobby and restaurant staff was everything you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be five stars, there were a couple of things that left my husband and I scratching our heads. The layout and design of the room was generally just really awkward- the shower was a tiny little corner with a rain shower head so you were uncomfortably pressed to the glass the whole time if you wanted to breathe. The toilet wedged in the other corner behind a protrusion from the wall on one side. Unless you have an android, you cant connect your steaming account to the “smart” tv. The housekeeping staff frustrated us a lot as well. The morning after we came home at 4am after attending a wedding they continued to knock and ring the doorbell and in general they’d enter our room and replace our linen. This was all while the little “going green” card hung on our door. And worse of all the AC broke on the second night so we were so hot at night (it being the beginning of autumn so it was too cold to open the windows anymore). They’re generally small details of course, but if you’re claiming to be a five star hotel and charging like one they have to be in order. Again, staff was great and it’s clean.

Truly a wonderful hotel. Not only is it beautifully designed, but the service is spectacular. The area is also great, full of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.

Unfriendly staff st the desk, cold room, overpriced, but clean and food is ok

Meget fint hotel, men vi fik et værelse i den gamle del af hotellet. Det virker en smule outdated. Vi kom i bil og havde reserveret en parkeringsplads inden ankomst. Det var der noget bøvl med, som vi brugte unødig tid på at skulle håndtere. Vi kommer nok til at finde et andet hotel næste gang, vi besøger Warszawa.

Great stay, great propetty

La struttura è bellissima , l’hotel è nuovissimo e moderno e con il suo fascino minimalista ti cattura e ti accoglie durante il tuo soggiorno. Le camere sono insonorizzate, confortevoli e spaziose . La colazione offre prodotti di alta qualità e puoi ordinare da un menu una buona varietà di proposte dolci e salate preparate al momento . Forse unica nota negativa sono i prezzi davvero esagerati del minibar e del servizio in camera , sopra la media ! Per il resto consiglierei di stare in questo hotel a chiunque me lo chiedesse . In zona troverete bar e ristoranti alla moda e di tendenza con ricca proposta culinaria .

Nice quiet area within easy walking distance of Palace of Justice. Very near Hala Koszyki and so there are lots of eating and drinking options.

We loved our stay at Nobu in Warsaw. It was a nice weekend stay that refreshed us in every way. We were able to dine at the Nobu restaurant and the Sake Bar, and we received a delicious, varied breakfast every morning. The only thing I would comment on was some lack of direction regarding amenities, which led to us not being able to book treatments at the spa as we had hoped. Otherwise though, it was a lovely stay and we will recommend to our friends.

It’s a comfortable hotel with incredible beds, soft and fluffy bedding. Breakfast is so expensive. I have decided to eat in town.

Executive stay, very nice.

When we checked in, we didn’t get any information about where the breakfast area was and about the timing of the breakfast (we figured it out on our own that it was mentioned in the cardholder). Our check in did not felt welcoming at all. Service during breakfast around 9:45-10:30 was almost non existent compared to breakfast earlier in the morning from 08 to 9:30. So we rescheduled our breakfast time in order to get the feeling of service that are 5 star worthy. Last but not least, we were asked to wait in line for a table, and another couple came in after us and joined the queue. They got a table before we did, when we were first in line… not ok! When we asked the reception about sightseeing she just mentioned all the classic sightseeing, where we would expect she could mention something out of the regular.. When we asked again and again for other things to see in the city, the receptionist almost seemed like she got irritated. Since it’s a 5 star hotel, we expected a little bit more than just the bare minimum.
