Good service

The room was ok,although poorly equipped. The entrance is not marked and difficult to find at night, you need towalkbetween to building what is inconvenient, especially with small kids.

This is a very nice hotel. It is devided in three buidlings, but thats just a short walk. Staff is very nice, room was very clean, bathroom very clean

Vastaanotto oli eri rakennuksessa. Majoitus on ison tien vieressä, joten huoneisiin kuului kova meteli yötä päivää. Sen lisäksi naapurihuoneiden vieraat metelöivät vielä kello 1:00. W pokoju 4 osobowym zatrzymalismybsie na jedna noc z rodzina. W B2B jest kuchnia, w ktorej można samodzielnie przygotować posiłek. Miejscowka jest blisko lotniska Chopina, co jest duzym atutem dla wczesnych lotów.

Fue una muy buena experiencia aunque breve. La chica de la recepción fue muy amable y me acompañó hasta la habitación que estaba en otro edificio. Hay café y té sin costo, columpios y área para estar al aire libre. Todo muy limpio y cómodo.

Otel genel olarak rahat ve konforlu idi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldular her konuda. Yalnız internet yoktu kaldığımız blokta, en önemli durum bence. Ayrıca kahvaltı için anlaştıkları restoran daha hızlı bir şekilde hazırlanmalı kahvaltıyı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Herkese teşekkür ederiz.

Perfect for four people. New and clean and quiet building

To begin with, the staff has nothing to do with the poor service the hotel offers. It is probably not their mistake The room given to me was in the upstair floor. There are not lifts (elevators) in this property so if you come with luggages of 23 kilos. You will gain a backache by lifting those bags to the upstairs floors. Secondly, the reception is located a block away. I felt so unsafe when i open the door of the reception and the staff person legit rolled over the metal door ( like when you open a store). I was what the hell! Is this a safe area? If you have kids DONOT book this hotel. For the ladies if you high maintenance DONT EVEN think about it. For the oldest DONOT TRY to book this hotel. There are many flows and it spooky. Also my room’s lights were not working. Now, one good thing is the bathroom. And honestly. Like i said the staff has nothing to do with the poor condition of this place. They are warmed and very well educated. But please do yourself a favor DONT BOOK this place unless is your last option.

Convenient location, friendly staff, perfect for stay before flight. Whould be nice to have fridge in the room.

Smelly toilet. Noise of traffic from the street, bad air.

Stayed here for a night after arriving in Warsaw by air and before carrying on by rail. Was clean, safe and comfortable. Would recommend.

I like everything about this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and nice. They were there when we needed them. A good, comfortable room for three with a small balcony.
