Es un lugar magnifico para quedarse la ubicacion excelente tienes todo muy cerca lo unico la.ducha ( regadera ) super chico jamas habia estado en uno tan tan chico 40 cms x 40 cms.

Hotel com excelente localização, com elevador e comodidades na recepção. Entretanto existem oportunidades de melhoria em relação ao horário restrito de funcionamento da recepção. A limpeza deixa a desejar, com falta de reposição de sabonete e xampu. O quarto em que fiquei exalava odores vindos da instalação de esgoto.

The hotel has a few strong points, but overall the stay was mixed. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the room was very clean. The location is also excellent and puts you right in the middle of restaurants, bars, and city life. Unfortunately, that same location becomes a major downside. The area stays extremely busy late into the night, with loud crowds, street noise, and sirens continuing well past midnight. The hotel’s noise insulation is very poor, so you hear everything both from the street and from inside the building. To make matters worse, there is nearby construction that starts around 7:30 a.m., even on Saturdays, making it difficult to rest. Once the construction slows down, the nightlife noise takes over again. It felt like the city was running a 24-hour percussion concert directly outside the window 🎺🚧 The hotel itself also seems to be in poor condition, with visible issues such as mouldy ceilings. The room was extremely basic, offering only the bare minimum, including a single power outlet. The small TV, around 14 inches, was mounted very high, facing the door instead of the bed, which made it awkward to use. If you are a very heavy sleeper and only care about location, it may work for you. Otherwise, expect noise and a fairly worn-down property.

Extremamente bem localizado, porem instalações simples, já tinha ficado la a uns 10 anos atras e continua da mesma forma. trata-se de uma hospedagem economica no coração de lisboa.

Otima localização, nao tem vaso sanitário dentro do quarto, não tem ninguem na recepção em nenhum momento do dia. Tem que tratar no tudo no hotel prata, na rua de baixo.

Great location. Bed was not comfortable & cheap flat pillows. Dust bunnies behind doors. But you get what you pay for.

Stay was so good.it is ok for 2 days. But the staff was so good and helpful. The guy (Asian) behind the window was so helpful person. He explained us very well. He is very calm and humble person. Very good service. The property is in the best location.every place is near from it. Specially restaurant.i would like to stay here in future for my holidays.

Excelente localização, um custo benefício que vale muito ficar.

My stay was OK. I knew I was booking budget friendly accommodations, so I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, but the most challenging thing about my stay was that the window shutter wouldn't close because I think it is broken (room 206) and the street noise below was quite loud (especially the metal plate clunking when cars drove by) I requested a room change, but the front desk staff was not helpful. All the other aspects of the stay were fine, but you should get the window shutter fixed, and see if there's something that can be done about that metal plate on the road that cars drive over throughout the night.

The location of the hotel is great, handy to metro, tram and a 10minute walk to the airport bus. The room is basic, but reasonable clean. There is a lift, so no problem if you have heavy bags. If you are into wines, the wine shop is amazing, with friendly helpful staff.

Very clean and comfortable bed. I paid what I get for a 2 star guesthouse. Will not complain for such a great location and space and I have a private bathroom for this price. Only problem is I get 1 small pack of shampoo per stay, no matter how many nights. Supermarket is 5 mins away for all toiletries. Thank you I have a great stay in Lisbon.

Amazing location for the price!! Don’t stay here if you’re looking for anything fancy. The room is very simple but clean! The location is amazing!!! Close to the praça comércio and praça figueiro. Also about a 9 min walk to where all of the tours leaving Lisbon pick up. So many restaurants and stores nearby.

Lage war wirklich sehr gut, die Unterkunft an sich aber total heruntergekommen. Das Zimmer war alt und auch nicht sehr sauber. An der Wand über dem Bett war Schimmel und im Badezimmer an der Decke auch. Den Schimmel konnte man riechen. Trotzdem war durch die Lage und den günstigen Preis das Preis Leistungsverhältnis angemessen.

Quarto limpo, localização perfeita

Très bien situé. La bagagerie permet de visiter la ville dès notre arrivée sans être encombré de nos bagages. Peu insonorisé si vous êtes côté rue et qu'il y a des travaux. Les prestations correspondent aux prix payés.

room was clean, frontdesk person was friendly. But the property is run down, and lots of road noise. (at least in the front)

É bem proximo aos pontos principais da cidade, mas a limpeza deixou a desejar bastante, além disso tem mofo…

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at in my whole life. The smell of mould and urine in the room and as you approach it is absolutely unbearable, especially if you have allergies. The room looks nothing like the pictures, there is no staff working at the reception except from the hours of 11:00 and 19:00, which is bizzarre to me. Me and my mum arrived in Lisbon at around 23:30 and had to get an Uber to another hotel to get the key and all the information to check in. We were then told the guesthouse was just around the corner but it was raining, dark, we had loads of bags, the streets were not good for rolling bags with wheels, we had no internet access and it didn’t feel safe for two women who didn’t know the area. We eventually decided to call another Uber to take us to the guesthouse and we noticed we were walking away from the property. We got there maybe around 00:30 and straight away we knew we couldn’t stay there but it was too late in the evening and we were too tired to do anything so we slept there the first night. Next day my mum woke up with her swollen of allergies, how can you rent a place like that? We moved to another hotel, not too far away, after talking to the receptionist Gonçalo about how we felt and never heard back from customer service. I asked about getting my money back, didn’t get an answer, and I asked about getting my tourist tax back because we had to pay again at the next hotel and also didn’t get an answer. DO NOT GO HERE!
