Great location near the port.

Superdichtbij de haven met excursies. Ideaal als je een vroege excursie hebt. Netjes, je mag gebruik maken van de keuken. We hadden een kamer met zicht op de haven en op de achtergrond Pico

Good position, personnel very nice, breakfast good and essential, very cleaned.

Schneller und umfassender Checkin, Zimmer sauber ohne TV zum Hafen. Schöne Dachterasse und Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kaffee in Thermoskanne, Obst und sogar Kuchen. Lage in der Stadt, zum Hafen ca.25 min. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Zimmer im ersten Stock recht laut, da es direkt an der Uferstraße liegt. Dafür Blick auf den Vulkan Pico aus den toll gestaltetn Zimmer und schöner Dachgarten in der 3. Etage.

Great location but a little far from the port. Small luggage recommended for getting upstairs. Staff were attentive. They can book your airport transfer. My room has a great view of the marina and Pico mountain which were covered with clouds all the time. My bed and bathroom were good with great hot showers . There’s a kitchen you can use. I would stay again if I ever come back to the Azores.

The staff was very helpful and super kind definitely recommend staying here!

Hallo, I did not like that my room was in the third floor without lift. It was not mentioned in the description. In the description was also a terrasse which I could not find. Best regards

Alojamento acolhedor, excelente localização. Ótimo para passar uma ou duas noites. Pontos fracos: o pequeno almoço, pago à parte da estadia, ser bastante fraco.

Hotel stay was ok, very clean but beware there is no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage you’ll kill yourself getting it up the stairs. Also, the hotel is in a very very busy and noisy area of town, great view to the harbour but mind your feet if you’re crossing the street.

Cute clean and tiny

Location was kind of ideal to the center of town, ferry terminal. But a bit noisy, however didn’t bother me, I’m a good sleeper. Beds were cheap, but acceptable. Room was pretty clean, same for property in general. Overall, a solid experience!

Unterkunft in zentraler Lage mit freundlichem Personal. Allerdings führt eine der Hauptverkehrsstraße mit Kopfsteinpflaster direkt am Haus vorbei, aber als Einbahnstraße.Schöne Dachterrasse

We had a one night stay here, and will definitely be back. The hotel is fantastic, and we absolutely fell in love with Faial. The hotel is very professionally and lovingly run. The location is perfect, right on the marina and super close to Peter Sport Cafe. We booked the Blue Shark room (family of three), but due to an issue, we were given the Squid room, which was one floor above. This was an upgrade, I assume, as we were one floor higher and the view of the marina and Pico was exquisite (3rd floor using the floor counting system in USA). The room had one big bed and two twins. The bathroom was well appointed. A pleasant surprise was the use of a kitchen, which was located a few steps above our floor in the rear of the hotel. I could imagine that folks who like AirBnB might appreciate this, as it allows great flexibility. We were given a key for a locker in the kitchen, but our stay was too short to avail ourselves of these facilities. I really appreciated how well thought everything was. Also, as this is a small hotel, be aware that the office closes at 8pm. We were given excellent instructions and a key at checkin for the front door, which locks at 8pm. I do not believe that there is an elevator, as one would expect for a small hotel in a historic building. So be aware and ask for help if you need it - the staff at the hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating. Like most of the Azores and much of Europe, the beds are firm by US standards.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. Room was spacious enough. Staff was great, and the kitchen was quite useful. The kids and living area is excellent - our kids loved it. Wifi and Aircon was great. When the weather is nice, had an excellent view of the Pico from the window. The breakfast was okay but had limited choices. It can be a bit noisy until 11pm so plan some late evenings. One tip is to reserve restaurants ahead if you plan to have dinner bw 7 and 10 pm - finding a good one is tough during peak periods.

We had a lovely room overlooking the marina. The breakfast was excellent. No complaints at all.
