Location good, staff helpful, I will stay again if I go to Lisbon

Convenient location. We only stayed one night, but the place was just fine. A lot of places to eat in the area.

Nice place to stay a little be away from the city centre, nice and quiet.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The late night check-in went well after the helpful instructions from our host. The room was comfortable and we had all we needed. The apartment is on a lovely street with a nice padaria near by

Très belle prestation! Par contre le fait que le lobby des bagages soit au 6eme étage est tres bruyant. Impossible de se reposer après 9h30. Et la literie n'est pas

Really nice appartement, we are a family of 2 childrens and 2 adults. The kitchen is fully equipped,with access for free to a washing machine and dryer. Very clean in the room and common areas. Confortable beds. The only improvement will be to minimize the door noise of the building and access to the appartements.

I stayed at Home Out Rooms & Apartments and it was truly an exceptional experience. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and everything inside felt brand new and spotless. What really stood out to me was how easy the whole process was—from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and stress-free. But beyond that, the little details made a huge difference. When we arrived, the host had already provided bottled water on the table, laundry detergent, an iron—literally everything we might have needed was already there. We didn’t have to run out late at night to get anything. These thoughtful touches showed a level of hospitality you rarely see anymore. Most places don’t even bother to leave shampoo, let alone something as considerate as water or laundry supplies. This host clearly went above and beyond, and it made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. I was truly happy with everything and grateful for the care put into this space. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It has several stores, grocery, bakeries nearby. Easy to find transportation too.

Great location, right near the Metro station and there's a mini grocery store across the street. They were very communicative with us in regards to check-in. We only stayed here one night so it met all our needs and overall it was clean. We did notice though that after eating in the suite, some crumbs must have fallen onto the floor and eventually there were ants inside (we stayed in Deluxe Studio, Private Bathroom C), so just have to be mindful of that.

Loved the apartment, the idea for a shared kitchen with everything you need, good location also.

Fantastic room and brilliant communication from Joao. 1 minute from the metro which is cheap and gets you around the city quickly. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. Mini supermarket across the road and a great cafe just up the road

Malgré le black-out, la personne était là pour nous recevoir et faire au mieux. Les portes étaient ouvertes et nous avons donc pu avoir notre chambe. Le personnel était réactif. Nous avons également pu garer notre voiture sur un petit parking extérieur gratuitement ce qui est un luxe sur Lisbonne. Le wifi était bon la literie confortable et les parties communes étaient bien organisées. Seul gros bémol le bruit ! Il y a le double vitrage pour la rue heureusement mais pour les voisins et les travaux il n'y a rien et le marteau a 7h30 c'est juste pas possible ! Et je trouve que cela reste quand même cher par rapport au service mais Lisbonne est chère comparée aux villes autour.

50 metri dalla stazione metro, vicino a pasticceria, panificio e ristoranti. Joao sempre disponibile. Camera semplice, spaziosa e pulita. Disponibilità uso cucina e lavanderia. Ottima vacanza

La struttura è molto comoda, a livello di trasporti, la metro è molto vicina (fermata Alameda). Parcheggio interno molto comodo, spiegato molto bene, anche attraverso un video, e l'invio dei codici. Dispiace solo una cosa: la prima sera ho richiesto due cuscini in più, essendo quelli in dotazione della stanza molto bassi. Peccato che Joao, via Whatsapp, mi dice che li avrebbe messi la mattina dopo in stanza. Ma purtroppo quando siamo tornati la sera, non c'erano. Questa è una negatività, se un cliente chiede qualcosa e si promette, poi va mantenuto quanto detto, altrimenti si dice che non si può risolvere. Per il resto consiglierei. Consiglio anche la pasticceria di fronte. Dolci top!

Siamo una famiglia con due bambini di 9 e 11 anni. Abbiamo scelto il monolocale al 6^ piano con bagno b. Scelta perfetta. Fantastico. Super pulito. Con tutto quello che può servire. Collegato benissimo. Metro e fermate dei tram a 50m. Collegato benissimo all aereoporto con la lìnea rossa e anche per altri posti strategici. Nelle vicinanze c’è di tutto…. Alimentari, bar, negozi di tutti i tipi. Reception gentilissima. check-in dalle 15, anticipato alle 10,30 circa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. Lisbona vi resterà nel cuore.

Excellent property. I stayed in a double sweet the first few days and it was immaculate. My flight was cancelled and had to extend another night and moved to a twin suite. The twin suite was not as nice, but, sufficient. Very close to the Metro and bus stop! Easy access and bag storage was helpful! Host were very responsive!
