Hotel Inn Rossio

PROS: Location and conveniances. 1-3 minutes from Rossio Square and most public transits. There's an Aldi 3-4 blocks away, a supermarket downstairs and many restaurants nearby. Also worth considering, In Lisbon where there's are hills and stairs to climb, the property sits on relative flat land all the way to south seashore. My 3 beds room was clean and comfortable. CONS: While I was there.for 2 days early May, the elevator mal-functioned and did not stop on my floor which is bad if you are travel with an elderly disable person and they have zero recourses. Minor fault with a bedside light switch not working. But I would recommend them because the PROS out-weighs the CONS.

The hotel looked very different from the pictures online and did not match reality. The elevator malfunctioned at times, and the common areas were poorly maintained. The mattress was the worst part of my stay.

Um hotel com excelente localização, perto de um Pingo doce, quartos muito bons com cama confortável, banheiro com secador de cabelo e amenidades. Voltarei com certeza.

古さはわかっていたしサービスは期待してなかったけど、トラブルなく過ごせた。1人部屋も広くて大きなベッドで良かった。1階のスーパーやロシオ駅からの近さが便利だった。

I’d stay again location is excellent supermarket next door for anything you need restaurants on the door step and Rossio square across road train station and subway easy

Clean comfortable and quite .. very central location just of Rossio square loads of shops and cafes next door train and subway 2 mins walk everything I needed for a four day stay

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was very disappointing. When I made my reservation online, I clearly requested a baby crib, but I never received any response regarding this request. Upon arrival, there was already an inconsistency: the website indicated a 2:00 PM check-in, while at the front desk I was told it was 3:00 PM, and that I should not rely on the information posted online. Once I got to my room, there was no baby crib. I went back to the front desk to request one, and I was told that someone would bring it shortly. Unfortunately, during my two-night stay, no one ever came. As if that wasn’t enough, one of the nights was disrupted by a fire alarm that went off for a large part of the night, preventing us from getting any sleep. We were later informed that the alarm was malfunctioning due to a new sensor and that this had already happened earlier in the week. This indicates that the hotel was aware of an issue with the alarm system, and it was not an actual emergency. I requested a refund for that night, but I was directed to Expedia since I had made the reservation through their platform. Expedia then informed me that since I had paid on-site, the refund had to be handled directly by the hotel. However, by that time I had already left. Since then, I have tried contacting the hotel twice by email and phone, but I have never received any response. To this day, I have not received any follow-up or refund. I do not recommend this establishment.

Hotel simples porém muito bem localizado , limpo e seguro.

Nice staff and breakfast. Great AC. The room was quite small with no place to put things in the bathroom. Maybe other rooms are bigger. The location was excellent and walkable to most of the sites. Many restaurants all around and a grocery store downstairs. Rossio station is 5 min away.

Hébergement très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne. Chambre propre. Seule déception le petit déjeuner qui n’a rien d’exceptionnel

The location was amazing, front dest staff as well. The breakfast food area was less than an 8ft x 8ft room, congested if there were 4 guests in it. The staff looked at you as if you were eating their food. Only a few trays of food came out at one time, bacon arrived when everyone had cleared the dining room. Today the scrambled eggs came out 15 minutes after opening, hard boiled 25 minutes. Scouling staff, no hello, no pleasantries, hovering over the little food put out. A pathetic attempt at breakfast to say thd least. The room cleaning staff, still roaming the halls to clean rooms at 4:00 pm. Obviously no effective management

Localização e equipe de profissionais excelentes, aproveitamos Lisboa intensamente sabendo que podíamos retornar para um local agradável a noite para descansar.

Otima localizacao. Perto de restaurantes , linhas de onibus e metro. Supermercado ao lado com tudo. Próximo a vários pontos turisticos que dava ora ir andando . Cafe da manha bom , so tenho a evidenciar o pequeno espaco onde as comidas estavam servidas que atrapalhava quando varias pesdoas iam pegar algo na mesma hora.Quarto de bom tamanho , entretanto banheiro pequeno.
