Excellent staff: Ali was so welcoming and knowledgeable! Beautiful room with such nice amenities and ambiance! The restaurant was quaint inside and on the patio with a wonderful menu and delicious welcoming bottle of wine!

The room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was beautiful prepared but we thought quite expensive.

This hotel is ideally situated on a car free street with many restaurants, walking distance from most attractions. The staff is helpful and kind. Perfect

No parking but taxi can deliver to door except during mid day

Great small boutique hotel. Centrally located. The staff were also very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would recommend for shorter stay as it does not have many amenities.

Great location and room was very clean, comfortable and modern

The individual who checked us in was outstanding. He provided an upgraded room, and marked up a map for key sites and best way to get there. As well, we were offered 10% discount on meals in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. Finally a complimentary bottle of wine was left in the room

Staff was wonderful so helpful and accommodating. The rooms are so lovely and spacious. Great location 👌 parking was easily accessible. Great stay

Ein sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel in Baixa. Praça da Figueira, Praça dos Restauradores und Rossio sind gleich um die Ecke. Und auch die Praça do Comércio ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Restaurnt ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr sauber und angemessen groß. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist eines der besten, die ich in ähnlichen Hotels hatte. In Lissabon eine absolute Empfehlung.

This hotel was right in the middle of everything in a good way. Our room was nice and cozy but nothing too over the top. Ali who checked us in was very nice and helpful and they gave us a bottle of wine when my husband and I mentioned that we were on our honeymoon.

I have to say I was a little bit doubtful before booking, but that quickly changed once I got into the hotel, saw the room and was greeted by the staff! This place is perfect, the room was big, clean and the front desk staff was great. It is very well located, however, not fully accessible by a vehicle, which isnt a big deal. You are right at the heart of the action. Welcome drinks and a complementary bottle of wine. Nothing but good things to say.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a glass of wine – such a warm and fitting welcome for a wine lover like me! The wine theme throughout the hotel is incredible and beautifully done. As a wine fanatic, I absolutely loved it. The staff truly made my stay exceptional. Roberto went above and beyond with restaurant suggestions and even took the time to make reservations for me. Sofia was equally amazing – when I needed my dress ironed and there wasn’t an iron available, she personally took it, steamed it, and returned it looking impeccable. I was so grateful for her kindness. When I checked out, a staff member kindly carried my luggage and walked with me to where I was getting my Uber – such a thoughtful gesture that made my departure just as smooth as my arrival. The room itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to also find a lovely bottle of wine waiting in my room – I couldn’t finish it during my stay, but it was such a thoughtful touch. If I could give this hotel a 10 out of 5, I absolutely would. I highly recommend the Lisbon Wine Hotel and can’t wait to return.

We loved this hotel and it's location! The staff was amazing and very helpful and when we had a concern about our room without hesitation they moved us! This hotel also had a lovely little restaurant in the lobby and patio area and another garden up a floor where you could go to relax and have a drink! We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat!
