Everything was amazing!! The property itself is beautiful and clean, the staff is so kind and helpful and the breakfast was great! Perfect town to stay in, and asking distance to the beach and cute shopping and dining options. 10/10 recommend!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires de la place. Endroit super calme, propre et confortable. L’hébergement est super bien située sur l’Algarve autant pour se rendre aux différentes plages et activités que pour se rendre à Albufeira, Carvoeiro, etc. Petit déjeuner super bon et frais. Que du positif à dire! Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

The Marsuites is a newer hotel in a slightly older town. It's run by a very nice family, and the breakfast was the most delicious of the four hotels we stayed in during our trip through Iberia. Only thing to be aware of is that Armação de Pêra is somewhat sleepy and the town (not the hotel!) could use a fresh coat of paint compared to some of the other beachfront towns in Algarve. There are some good restaurants, and for the big spenders there's a Michelin 2 star restaurant nearby.

The Marsuites is a newer hotel in a slightly older town. It is run by a nice family, and the breakfast is the best of the four hotels we stayed at during out trip to Iberia. We were unlucky enough to get room 1, which I think is the only one without a balcony. We spent all of our time touring the region, though. Armação de Pêra is a slightly older town than some of the other Algarve resort towns, though.

We had an amazing stay! Very cute boutique hotel! Walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk area with tons of phenomenal restaurants and little stores. The beach is huge, super clean and has a lot of fun little activities going on. Breakfasts every morning was wonderful, fresh and delicious! We were there for 8 days so it would have been nice if the breakfast menu changed up a bit. Staff overall was amazing! Every person working there was positive, kind and super friendly. Shoutout to Barbara who managed the breakfast every morning and was so welcoming to us! They also give great recommendations for the area and can book any tours you’d be interested in. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending this to friends and family. We miss you Marsuites already! 💜

We stayed in this gem for one night while visiting the benagil area. Great value for money (confortable, quiet, clean, and above all with very helpful staff). Breakfast was great too.

Marsuites is a small and friendly hotel in a fantastic location. Armação de Pêra is a busy and popular holiday town with a traditional Portuguese atmosphere. In August it was hot and we enjoyed the air conditioning in our room. There were controls to vary fan speed and other functions so it was possible to get the room temperature just right. Good AC is important for us; we're not used to 30-40 degrees C in summer (more like 15-25 degrees!). A mini fridge in the room was also welcome and we used it to keep drinks cool. Our room had a high quality mattress that gave us a good sleep each night. The room had a small balcony with two chairs that was nice to use at night for short periods. There is no view from the balcony to speak of, so don't be too worried about getting a room with a balcony. It's more likely that you will want to sit on the beach or in a cafe during the day. The balconies are also not very private as they are close together and your view is not shielded from your neighbours. This was not a problem for us and we did use the balcony a couple of times to sit or dry beachwear, but this B&B encourages you to venture out and explore the town. As others have mentioned, the hotel is spotlessly cleaned everywhere each day. Breakfast is good, and very well managed; nothing ran out. Marsuites is the best in town in terms of easy access to the beach, supermarkets and cafés. Everything is just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended!

Un beau séjour . Les 2 propriétaires sont très présente au déjeuner. Ils ont été d’une grande aide pour des suggestions de resto. Un décor magnifique mais avant tout c’est le confort et l’amabilité des 2 propriétaires.

Perfect location. Owner and staff gave great recommendations for dining and were super nice. Included breakfast was perfect (continental + eggs and bacon), always enough items to fill up for the day! Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to others!!
