Be aware of what you are paying for. The unit has bare necessities. Bring your own shampoo. They provide hand soap only. There is a microwave oven, kettle and a toaster but only 1 outlet so you will need to move appliances around to do anything as simple as making breakfast. The location is remote which means you will need a car to get around. There is nothing interesting going on in the immediate area.

A nice quiet location, train station and bus stop just down the road. Apartment was clean and together although some of the cupboards in the kitchen needed lifting to close and there wasn't any cleaning supplies (washing up liquid, clothes/sponges or coffee). Had ants or some small creature that got into the kitchen and ruined the bread left out, needed to keep the kitchen spotlessly clean and food in the fridge overnight.

É um aldeamento com potencial mas com pouco investimento. Falta ar condicionado . O portão deveria estar condicionado somente aos hóspedes. Está sempre aberto.

Die kleine, gepflegte Anlage liegt ca. 5km von Tavira nahe der Bahnstation Livramento. Ein Auto sollte man allerdings besser haben. Das Appartment war geräumig, einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten und das Bad waren gut, aber die Wohnküche nicht so gemütlich. Ok, aber man kann draußen oder am Pool sitzen, wo auch das WLAN funktioniert...

Me gustó la piscina, que tiene parking, todo lo exterior al apartamento;zona de barbacoa...los apartamentos son muy grandes pero les falta buen mantenimiento, mobiliario de cocina viejo...podrían estar mucho mejor.

Helt utrolig billigt...og en god base, for at udforske Algarve. Ikke den store komfort,- inde i huset,- men da vejret jo som regel er godt, bruger man poolområdet. Sæde og venlige mennesker.

It never happened. They never confirmed about the availability of a travel cot or check in times so I was forced to book something else. However they still took the payment. Thieves I'm afraid. Avoid at all costs

Monte dos Avós Village cannot be recommended, at least not apartment/house no. 1. The place is generally worn out and need a major renovation to be at an acceptable level. The so-called kitchen lacks even the most basic stuff, personally we had to buy a sharp knife and a cutting-board. You also need to bring kitchen-cloth etc. yourself. The worst thing however was that there is a really ugly smell of old basement when you open any of the drawers in the kitchen, a clear sign of a problem with moist and lack of ventilation. Wi-fi does not work in the apartment, only in the bar area.

Bon séjour ! Surtout pour les personne souhaitant découvrir la région. Un endroit agréable où dormir qui vaut ses 3 étoiles. Petit bémol pour le WIFI ☹️ Ça ne conviendra pas aux personnes qui veulent profiter plus de l’hôtel que de la région. Malgré la piscine les équipements sont assez sommaires !!! Mais super pour dormir, se reposer avant la prochaine virée. Très mignon et très typique !!!!

Tiszta jól felszerelt apartman de a környéken semmi nincs.

We stayed one night. The kitchen drawers need refurbishing. Sofa in living room gave me a backache. TV very small. Beds squeaky but we slept very well. Air-conditioning worked well. Bathroom large mostly very clean except for a little mould at the sink. A lovely peaceful place to stay if they would improve furniture. Need a car.

Péssimo hotel. Não deveria ter nem 2 estrelas. Fomos recepcionados por uma mulher extremamente grossa e antipática, creio que a dona. A estrutura conta com várias casas velhas, com louças do banheiro muito antigas. Ninguém fica de plantão na recepção à noite, portanto o "village" fica sem nenhuma vigilância, com o portão aberto. Na porta das casas ficam diversos gatos esperando por comida dos hóspedes, horrível. Parecia ser mais um albergue do que um hotel. Deveriam revisar a quantidade de estrelas deles... ruim demais!!!

On arrival we shocked as the apartment in question didn't look anything like the photos posted on the website - then the problem with the cockroaches started finding a fully grown one in the bathroom the following morning and eggs on the kitchen surfaces. The kitchen was extremely outdated and the bedrooms seemed to be premenatly damp - we could hear our neighbours as if they were in our apartment. The cockroaches got so bad that we left the apartment mid stay as we asked for the door to be fixed and it never was whilst we were there (even tho we told the person running the place Carmen and she brought a handyman who said he would - however two days later with a 1 year old baby we really couldn't risk the volume of them coming In and the already infested kitchen so we left to an extremely apologetic Carmen - I told her this had ruined our family holiday and asked pls to sort this problem out for the sake of other families. Very disapointed for our 4 kids ruined family holiday.

quiet getaway, not for party people... more of a relaxing week with beautiful views bit not much around it

Arrival was very easy, the lady who met us from the taxi spoke good English and made sure we were settled. Rooms were clean and tidy, even if a little dated. Lovely, quiet pool, as well as on site activities such as pool, barbeques and table football. Tv was tiny and there was only four channels, but we didn't go there to watch tv. WiFi in the reception/pool area meant we could download films from Netflix to watch back in the apartment in the evening. Overall, would recommend for a nice quiet getaway.

Skøn beliggenhed meget hyggelig bebyggelse som er pænt vedligeholdt både ude og inde. Virkelig god service fra det personale vi var i kontakt med
