Cute place, nice and clean. Excellent communication at all times. Generous with things you may need. Easy walk around to restaurants, cafes.

The room was terrible, the smell in the bathroom was awful (leaky pipes, mold and dampness). Made it almost imposible to use and spread all over the room (had to leave door always closed). Overall it felt dirty, the refrigerator was not cooling. If you can choose do not stay there.

The property was clean with lots of accommodations. The walls are very thin, if you get noisy neighbors like I did you will hear every step they made and it echos through the whole building. Portuguese people go to sleep late so it was noisy until 1am. Recommend if you are sound sleeper, otherwise stay somewhere else.

Das Appartement war insgesamt eine große Enttäuschung. Schon beim Eintreten schlägt einem ein beißender Schimmelgeruch entgegen – insbesondere aus dem Bad und der Klimaanlage. Obwohl wir eine Stunde später einchecken mussten, weil angeblich noch geputzt wurde, war der Schlaf- und Wohnbereich extrem schmutzig. Die Matratze ist eine Katastrophe – ein tiefes Loch, in dem man regelrecht versinkt. Die Wand am Bett ist verschmiert und wirkt unhygienisch. Im Kühlschrank wartet „zur Begrüßung“ ein altes Bier und eine angebrochene Butter – ein schlechter Scherz. Die versprochene "erste Runde" wirkt da eher wie ein Hohn. Die Tür lässt sich von innen nicht verriegeln, was ein mulmiges Gefühl hinterlässt. Die Terrasse ist ungepflegt, mit Zigarettenstummeln übersät und von überwucherndem Grün umgeben, während direkt über dem Sitzbereich Klimaanlagen lärmen. Ruhe ist ohnehin ein Fremdwort – man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch aus den umliegenden Wohnungen. Immerhin: Die Küche und die Armaturen im Bad sind neu – was das Gesamtbild aber kaum retten kann.

This place was disappointing but acceptable for our trip. It was not what we were expecting from the pictures, but was OK in the end. My thoughts on this property: PROS: - Good neighborhood, easy to get to Porto sights - Clean enough and well stocked kitchen for a short stay. You could actually cook here. - A/C worked great, bright and sunny space CONS: - Horrible beds - Very little space to sit outside of on a bed - checking in is quite a process. READ the check in email and complete the process the day before! - I have seen larger bathrooms on planes. - Actual unit was pretty rough compared to pictures. - Pretty loud throughout the night when guests are coming and going. Bottom line is it was just a bit above a hostel experience. If you are 20 years old, not in the room much, and saving cash, it will be perfect. If you are having a nice visit with your spouse, look for a better room.

Local um pouco sujo, com cheiro ruim. Sem armarios, banheiro muito pequeno. A maquina de secar roupa nao estava funcionando e nao tivemos ajuda da equipe sobre isso. Nao tivemos a melhor experiencia neste local.

O check no foi um pouco atribulado mas o Sr. Filipe foi impecável e resolveu tudo de imediato. Agradecemos os mimos que nos ofereceu á chegada : o vinho e o chocolate. Cama confortável , Ficamos num quarto familiar com dois beliches e preferíamos ter ficafo num quarto de casal . Não tinha utensílio para a coleta diferenciada. É preciso subir várias escadas e é inviável para pessoas de mobilidade reduzida .

En revanche l'experience du checking a été compliquée : mail non reçu donc appel a 21 h devant la porte pendant une heure pour faire des vérifications diverses et variées bien que tout avait été payé d'avance. Enfin l'appartement est très très humide humide attention si vous êtes fragile.

The worst experience we ever had. We stayed there 3 nights. The floor leans heavily toward one side: is like living in Pisa Tower. The stank coming out of the bathroom was permanent and we could not get rid off even if we left the fan running and the windows open permanently. After the 1st night our access code was canceled: I sent them several mails (no phone call was answered) requesting a new code: several persons answered, but they seemed all dops. Eventually after waiting in the middle of the night on the street more than one hour we obtained the access calling Expedia pretty quickly. We almost thought we where going to spend the whole night on the street: maybe a better choice after all to the sheet hole smell of that appartement. This was really wasting our money & getting a lot of bad energy.

Terrible apartment. Terrible service. Check-iin was very difficult and the room was mis-described. We left and did not even stay. Several guests were complaining at the same time. There was no reception, it is being decorated. It is all remote from Spain. I am awaiting a refund. Worst experience ever on Hotels.com

As some other reviews mentioned, this property doesn’t have 24-hour service. I can’t tell what hours customer service works, but initially they were responsive. Upon arrival, the provided door code didn’t work. If you check in outside of the hours that cleaning crew is there, you risk being stranded. I say this because the very last night, it appeared that the front door stopped working for all guests. I immediately raised the issue to customer service via chat. After a few minutes dealing with their bot, it said I’m being connected to customer service agent. This was almost 72 hours ago and no one still has responded. Luckily, someone was able to open the door from the inside. I’ve since left the property and will not stay at any of their properties again and I recommend you do not either. The risk and terrible customer service is not worth it.

No tiene nada que ver las fotos que muestran en la web conbel apartamento que nos toco, todo avejado, accesos dificil, zona de la ciudad muy sucia, mas de lo normal que hay en Oporto y ya es decir, no volvere.

A localização é ótima, o apartamento é muito limpo com micro ondas, chaleira elétrica e uma pequena pia, o que ajuda bastante! Nos deixaram sucos e água de mimos! A única coisa que não gostei foi a forma de fazer o checkin. Passamos mais de uma hora para conseguir ter acesso ao apto pois eles não enviam os códigos de entrada, é necessário entrar em contato telefônico com eles!

No one at the proterty to help. Ckeck-in is done online and it took multiple time before it accept the passport photo. Soneone triggered the fire alarm before midnight, but the property cannot do anything until the next morning!!! The alarm just ring for the whole night.

We had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, my stay was far from what I had hoped for, and I have some serious concerns about the safety and security of the property. Despite informing the hotel staff about the issue, the door to my room automatically opened twice during the day, which was a serious breach of security. I was given a new code that did not work, and there was no follow-up or explanation. Furthermore, the toilet flush did not work properly, and the sheets provided were only enough for three people, despite my reservation for a party of five. The overall cleanliness of the property was also below par. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. The safety and security issues I encountered were unacceptable, and the overall state of the property left much to be desired.

Great location, 5 minutes walking distance to supermarket, 12 minutes walking distance to tourist attractions. Need to move luggage up the stairs ( no elevator)
