Check-in / out time take took too long, needs more lightings in the room specifically for ladies to do their makeup etc….

We like this hotel facilities. It is a beautiful hotel. The only thing we feel unsatisfied is the staff. Except the front desk employees, no other employees smile or say “hello” to customers. It looks like none of them are happy working here. It doesn’t like a 5 stars hotel service.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the start, the customer service was horrible. I had to carry my own luggage to the room, and during check-in the front desk lady seemed to be mocking my appearance simply because I was carrying a backpack. The overall service felt dismissive and unwelcoming, almost as if guests are only treated well if they “look” a certain way. At breakfast, I felt uncomfortable and out of place the entire time—the atmosphere was anything but inclusive or hospitable. I cannot recommend this hotel unless you fit the image of the clientele they seem to cater to. Otherwise, expect to be treated poorly. Will not be returning.

A very grand property with excellent staff. Clean, quiet and friendly. The breakfast was very goid.

The palace was beautiful and so welcoming. The staff made our stay a true VIP experience. The service was exceptional and made us feel right at home.

Vale a pena pela beleza e pela estrutura em si. No entanto, o serviço não acompanha o padrão esperado de um 5 estrelas. Na recepção, o atendimento em geral não é acolhedor nem sorridente (com algumas exceções). O housekeeping deixou a desejar: tivemos que insistir várias vezes para receber toalhas no quarto e, quando finalmente trocaram a cama, os lençóis estavam úmidos. Além disso, não houve desculpas nem boa vontade para resolver o problema. O room service também é bastante limitado: fecha às 23h, o que é incomum para um hotel desse nível. Ao ligar para pedir algo após esse horário, a recepção apenas sugeriu usar Uber Eats — e ainda tive que descer até a recepção para buscar a entrega, o que não condiz com a categoria anunciada. Outro ponto negativo foi a garrafa de boas-vindas prometida na reserva, que só recebi no momento do checkout, após três dias de estadia. 📌 Resumindo: o hotel é lindo e vale pela experiência visual, mas o serviço está longe de corresponder ao que se espera de um 5 estrelas.

Het is een prachtig hotel, heerlijke tuin met een mooi zwembad. De kamers zijn goed en het restaurant was geweldig... Maar, helaas één grote tegenvaller: bij het uitchecken de betaling voor restaurant, bar en parkeren voldaan, echter de eerdere pre-authorisations op mijn creditcard (ruim €560,-) werden niet ongedaan gemaakt. Zelfs na meerdere telefoontjes en emails en vele toezeggingen vanuit het hotel heb ik het geld nog steeds niet terug, twee weken later inmiddels. De Pestana support afdeling legt het bij de receptie neer, en de receptie antwoord nergens op. Slechte service welke ik nog nooit zo h3b meegemaakt in een 5-sterren hotel. Erg jammer!

Majestic property situated on beautifully landscaped grounds. Great views of the 25 de Abril Bridge and a short drive into both downtown Lisbon or Costa da Caparica if you're looking for beautiful beaches and dining along the coast. The hotel breakfast buffet was top notch and service all around was excellent. Highly recommend!

Terrible hard bed no mattress topper on it for one night it was like sleeping in the floor when raised with management told no one else had an issue - the next night the bed had a topper on. Sunbeds awful, no service by the pool would not recommend.

Boende i slottsmiljö. Otroligt fint i huvudbyggnaden, rummen i den ”nyare delen” kändes mer mörka o något omoderna. Bra service vid poolen där det bjöds på munkar på eftermiddagen vilket barnen älskade! Tyvärr var servicen vid frukosten dålig. De glömde bort beställningar och inte en enda dag fick vi kaffet till frukosten utan det kom först när vi ätit färdigt. I övrigt var frukosten väldigt god! Massor med frukt och bra urval. Hotellet ligger i lugnt område med ca 15 min gångväg till LX Factory. Väldigt fint poolområde med både en utomhuspool och inomhuspool där den sista var uppvärmd.

This place is an oasis of calm and nature on the city with two pools and amazing breakfasts, really comfortable rooms and a whole spa. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely and not touristy but it’s still really convenient. The service is top notch, Deborah who works at breakfast and the pool bar is an incredibly professional and lovely person and so is Luisa who is part of the breakfast crew. We will be back for sure!

We had very nice room ! We liked the park and the pool. Breakfasts were really good! I did not like a gym. Machines are old and AC did not work properly during our stay.
