We were at the hotels for 5 nights. We had a superior room on the front side of the hotel on the third floor. It was large with a very comfy bed. Had a tea kettle and small refrigerator. 2 chairs for sitting. Separate bathroom with walk in shower with good water pressure. No overhead lighting so a bit dark. Very light on amenities. Upon checkin they give you 1 bottle of water, 1 bar of soap, 2 mini shampoos, 2 instant coffee and 2 teabags. No sugar. No creamer. No tissues. No paper or pen for notes. Very basic. Of note there is a bar right across the street which can get noisy. I had read that and ask for a quiet location but they told me all the superior room were on the front side with none available on the 4th or 5th floors. So don’t pay extra for the superior if you want quiet. It don’t bother my hubby but I used earplugs and still heard the noise. On hot days the noise is worse as the bar has a TV screen on the outside of the bar and people stand outside and drink. Most noisy during a football game. However I heard people leaving the bar around 2am singing and talking loudly. Lower number rooms are closer to the bar location so aim for 8 or higher like 408 etc. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. Location is amazing!

Vi hadde et hyggelig opphold på Stay Hotel Lisboa Centro Chiado, og alt i alt var vi godt fornøyde. Vi valgte hotellet fordi det så ut til å ha store og pene rom, og ikke minst fordi beliggenheten er svært sentral. Det viste seg å være et godt valg — hotellet ligger veldig praktisk til for å utforske Lisboa til fots, med kort vei til restauranter, shopping, kollektivtransport og mange av de sentrale områdene. Rommet var romslig, og sengen var stor og komfortabel. Vi sov godt under hele oppholdet, selv om hotellet ligger i en gate hvor det kan være litt støy. For oss var dette likevel ikke noe stort problem. Håndklærne var også gode, og vi opplevde rommet som et behagelig sted å komme tilbake til etter lange dager ute i byen. Bygningen og rommene bærer litt preg av alder, og enkelte detaljer kunne trengt litt vedlikehold. Blant annet var hylle i dusjen og toalettrullholder delvis løse. Vi er heller ikke spesielt glade i tepper på hotellrom, men det er jo noe mange hoteller fortsatt har. Putene var litt harde for vår smak, men vi hadde med egne puter, så det løste seg fint. Det er også greit å vite at når hotellet oppgir te-/kaffefasiliteter og vannkoker, så betyr det i praksis vannkoker. Minibar betyr også egentlig et lite kjøleskap, men det fungerte helt fint for oss. Hotellet har en miljøvennlig løsning der rommet ikke vaskes med mindre man henger ut lapp om dette.

Room was big for European room. Bathroom with terrible lighting. Breakfast was ok but not great. Can’t get over location. Across the street is a very noisy bar. Super loud from 9-2 ever night. I can not hear bad versions of “Bad Romance” sung off key ever again. You need ear plugs and then you can maybe enjoy the hotel. Clearly not in their control but a major problem

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotels' location was perfectly located, with easy access to the main square and shops. Also, a few minutes' walk to most of the central sights. Would certainly book here again

Hotel super bem localizado, equipe cordial e prestativa; Quartos amplos, limpos e confortaveis; Hotel fica ao lado da estação de metro e em rua paralela a uma das principais, sendo muito facil fazer tudo a pé e tbm, pegar o bondinho ou metro; Próximo ao hotel bastante opções de alimentação e compras, local muito seguro mesmo a noite

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal amable. El desayuno es muy simple y todo recalentado (no tiene cocina). El convenio de parking es de 40 euros por día.

The gentleman who helped me at check-in was André, and he was great! He spoke multiple languages and shared some of his insights with me! All the staff that I've interacted with have been great, but André was my favorite!

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, right next to the subway station and restaurants. It is the reason I booked this hotel. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The service though is a different story. When we checked in after a day’s travel and thousands of steps walking, we were given the keys to a room. As we entered the room and found someone sitting on the bed, we were in a shock. We can still remember the woman’s face in fear and anger when she saw us entering the room with suitcases. I have never been in this situation in any hotels before. We went back to the front desk, the lady did not even apologize or try to compensate for both parties awkward and horrible experience. She explained to us that the housekeeping set a note for that room being cleaned and empty. I wanted to share our experience at this hotel and hope you will not be in the same situation as we did.

This is rated as a 4 star hotel. I was expecting something better. Overall, property seemed worn, and specifically our room eg. the carpet was filthy. Glad I brought slippers to wear! Additionally, the lights did not work. They seemed to be there for decoration. Initially, the staff was helpful. The location is excellent!

La salle de bain n'est pas isolée, elle fait partie intégrante de la chambre. C'est bien pour un couple mais aucune intimité si vous voyagez entre amis ou famille.

1. Room did not have towels 2. Breakfast was not fresh. Eggs were dried up Selection was ok. 3. I pick that hotel because advertisement indicated they had parking available.this was false. I had to find my own parking.

The only issue we experienced was with the air conditioning, it couldn’t be adjusted directly from the room, so we had to contact the front desk for changes. There may be a reason for this setup, but it was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, everything was great! The location is excellent, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was enjoyable as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel whether you’re traveling solo or with family.
