Einfaches, aber frisches europäisches Frühstück. Ei wird persönlich zubereitet. Personal wirklich freundlich und herzlich, Zimmer sehr sauber. Jedoch sind schon die ein oder anderen Mängel zu finden, da die Appartement doch schon etwas abgewohnt sind (rostender Duschkopf). Sonst liebevoll und hübsch eingerichtet.

This hotel is in very good location. Personnel was very friendly. However, it is a old building and the walls are not isolated against the noise. I was under impression being with other people in the same room just not seeing them. Regarding the breakfast, I’ve seen better.

A localização é excelente, perfeita para quem quer aproveitar a cidade mesmo em uma estadia rápida. As instalações são ótimas, com destaque para a cama extremamente confortável e de tamanho generoso (parecia king). O banheiro me surpreendeu positivamente, com banheira e um kit completo de amenities. Os funcionários foram um diferencial: muito solícitos, simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Fiquei apenas uma noite, pois estava em Paris e meu voo de retorno ao Brasil saía de Lisboa pela manhã. Ainda assim, consegui aproveitar bastante, caminhei pela região da Praça do Comércio e assisti ao pôr do sol em um miradouro próximo. Não utilizei transporte público devido ao pouco tempo, mas o acesso por Uber/Bolt foi excelente e muito prático. Com certeza recomendaria e espero poder voltar em breve.

Ótima localização e equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa e prestativa. No entanto, o quarto precisa de alguns reparos, especialmente nas janelas do banheiro. No banheiro, a cortina/persianas não cobre completamente a janela, o que compromete a privacidade.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful with all questions, concerns and inquiries. When I brought an issue up to them, they had it sorted immediately. My only real concern was the cleanliness and maintenance. The first thing I noticed was the rug leading up to the rooms that lines the halls had multiple large stains from I’m not sure what. It also did not appear to have been vacuumed in a while and had a lot of debris. Then we got in to the room and checked the bathroom, the toilet was clean and the shower seemed clean, however the tiles on the walls had not been dusted in quite some time and was covered in quite a bit of dust, which led me to question the overall cleanliness of the bathroom. The sheets on the bed were also so thin and worn that you could see the design of the mattress through them and the pillows were extremely lumpy and flat. The location was amazing and very close to lots of sights as well as the metro if you wanted to venture further out. Overall it was a fine stay, but cleanliness is of utmost importance to me and unfortunately it just fell flat.

Room clean staff were amazing especially Philips and Carlos thank you both for been so helpful to me and my daughter. Always very polite and helpful.

El personal muy atento, habitación y baño muy amplio, excelente ubicación a unos pasos de la Rua Angosta muy cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas, y plaza del comercio.

Perfect for what we needed - great location and the room and bathroom was so spacious! bed was huge and really comfy. Only downside is the slight noise from the trams/outside and other rooms but this didn't massively bother us (but might others). We also weren't bothered about other amenities that hotels offer (eg pool, gym) so this worked perfectly for us. We ate breakfast at nearby cafes (nicolau's was excellent) so can't comment on the breakfast in the property.

The staff were excellent , Late check-in and the gentleman was lovely and carried our bags to the room , The young lady at checkout was fantastic, I was up all night with the flu and she helped me find a cab and helped with getting my luggage to the taxi , she went above and beyond because she knew I wasn’t feeling well. The room was huge for a European standards with a king size bed . Location fantastic , would stay here again for sure

Basic room but clean and comfortable. Hotel overall felt a little bit worn.

Tivemos uma questão com o ar condicionado que apesar de a funcionária tentar regularizar e informar que estava funcionando o mesmo não funcionou. Recebemos dois ventiladores ! Entendemos ser importante o funcionamento do ar condicionado , pois o ventilador não fornece o mesmo conforto.

Localização excelente, equipe muito atenciosa e solicita, especialmente a Felipa. As instalações são ótimas, cama muito confortavel, com certeza voltaria 1000 vezes ao The 8.

Morgenmaden var kedelig. De fik dog sat morgenmaden en halv time frem så dem der skulle løbe halvmarathon kunne få lidt inden løbet.

Great location, old property, small elevator, no air condition unless other units are using air conditioning in their rooms

Room was nice, area perfect for shopping and just being touristy. Staff was... Interesting, not bad, but interesting
