La Habitación fué un desastre

The apartment was spacious with a large-sized and comfortable bed, settee and kitchen area with a decent amount of utensils, a microwave and coffee machine but oddly no toaster (perhaps due to h&s).. It was very clean with air con which I didn't need to use. It is centrally located and convenient for bus and metro. Didn't take breakfast which was €10. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Four Day Stay, no Wifi or Television for the whole stay. Enquired after check -in as to why i couldn't connect to the Wifi, and was told a repairman was on their way out to fix. Next Day- Nothing!., but was informed the City was having Vodaphone Issues, even though bif you googled Porto outages, all were reporting Good services Following Day- Nothing!! Last Day upon Check Out, a sign miraculously appeared at reception, stating there were Wifi Issues. No care factor whatever. The apartment was spacious, but door handle broken (inside), which I had to ask to be repaired.

No wifi, smelly bathroom, old furniture.

Unfortunately the one stand-out part of this experience has that our room stank of stale cigarette smoke the moment we walked in. The receptionist's response was tomlaugh awkwardly and agree it wasn't nice and that she'd 'clean' - but the room WAS clean. And the last thing I wanted was the smell of toxic cleaning products on top of the cigarette smoke. And the smell was in the rug and the furnishings, not in the bathroom or on the sheets. Apparently changing rooms wasn't an option - the hotel was full. And I'd just paid. And didn't want to spend the one afternoon we had in Porto looking for another hotel. So we stayed. It smelled less after 5 hours with the windows open while we were out. But there is nothing more disgusting to a non-smoker than being in a space that smells like this so we only slept in the room and spent as little time there as possible. There was no information about this being a room where smoking was allowed and yet no responsibility was taken by the hotel. There was a loud noise of some kind of pump or engine/ generator that we could hear on/ off all night coming from somewhere in the hotel. Fortunately I have earplugs. But not great. So a big - eeeuggggh suns um our stay. A real shame. Otherwise, the room was large, comfortable and clean.

We had the one bedroom apartment right beside the main hotel . Was bright and clean over looking the cafes below . It can a little loud in the evening . ( Protip) Make sure your windows are latched shut to minimise noise) shower was excellent . The hotel was close to everything and I highly recommend . Bring a translator app for conversation with front desk.

Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits dans cet hôtel, du dimanche soir au jeudi matin. Hôtel très calme, bien situé, petit déjeuner compris mais très léger à mon goût. Il faudrait un petit peu plus de choix. Chambre propre, et si vous voulez que le ménage soit fait, il ne faut pas oublier de mettre la petite pancarte à la poignée en sortant. Je recommande cet hôtel surtout en semaine, peut-être à éviter le week-end car beaucoup de bars dans les alentours.

Centrally located near dinning, shops, and sites. Everything was walkable.

The hotel conditions are good but the hotel staff are not friendly. They don’t clean the room unless you request.

Beliggenheten er veldig bra. Vi fikk noen store rom i nabobygget uten balkong. Vi var der bare en natt, og for det var det helt OK. Det var også OK i forhold til prisen.

Unica nota positiva la posizione della struttura. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo atteso 20 minuti alla reception dell hotel situato accanto alla struttura deagli appartamenti, la receptionist non era in struttura e abbiamo dovuto aspettare. Nell appartamento : Polvere sui mobili ,scarsa igiene (stoviglie sporche e piani d appoggio incrostati) Biancheria da letto macchiata Doccino della doccia rotto Chiusini del bidet guasto segnalato e non riparato Divano letto con materasso a terra !!! Tovaglie da bagno utilizzate come strofinacci da cucina Wi-Fi assente il primo giorno e nei giorni a seguire presente solo zona living

Our room was not cleaned because we did not leave the lavel "please clean this room" hanging in the door. The person at the reception desk was rude when we compleined and told us that it was like that everywhere. I explained that when no label is hanging on the door the cleaner usually rings the bell and if nobody is in the room they enter and clean the door. Nothing changed the man on the reception desk and he shouted to us.

Very Clean. Great location. Affordable and Accommodating.
