Room was clean, remote check-in instructions were clear (which was really great because we got in around 4:30 am).

Fantastic stay. The apartment was just as shown in the photos.

The manager went out of his way to respond to issues we had and helped work out an issue we had leaving behind an item. The room was very spacious and in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

Very clean, parking and stay was awesome.

This was a great choice for a 1 night stay pre-cruise. It was a short walk to fun, local restaurants and shops. This is really more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There’s no front desk or any staff onsite, you just get a code to get into the building and another for your room. Room was clean and comfortable and we loved that they provided bottled water. Communication by text/Whattsapp beforehand was excellent. Great stay for the price.

We had a minor problem with our room, and Jorge upgraded us to the suite on the second floor. The rooms are very clean very well appointed. Also, Jorge is very responsive to your text messages. The only negative we could come up with was it can be a little noisy due to street traffic and locals. we would highly recommend it and we would stay here again.

Clean room, professional, always communicating with us.

It was nicely decorated and clean. Updated room amenities. The only downside is that you can hear everyone in the hallway chatting at night. Maybe. Quiet time can be put in place for those of us that need to check out for early flights the next day. Overall. It was an amazing place to stay! Thank you!!

Great bargain for dollars. Close to Santurce shopping, Condado beach, and a quick drive to Old San Juan

The property was in a great location walkable to tons of great restaurants and bar. Check in was a breeze and Jorge provided excellent service.

Great custome service. Jorge was very attentive, kind, and easily accessible. Anytime I needed anything he was quick to respond and accommodate me. Heads up, Casa Ciena is a self check-in hotel so communication with hosts is virtual. I stayed in the Mark Anthony room, and it was small, but it had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable bed, and AC. The hotel has a modern sleek minimalist look and is relatively new. It's located within a neighborhood and across the street is a local Dominican restaurant, which has delicious food. It is centrally located, but not on a business street with multiple hotels. You walk up a couple of blocks to get to more busy streets. The hall noise/conversations do echo into the room so if you are a light sleeper take earplugs.

No car and air condition good.

Room temperature was good, fixtures were new, room was very clean. Easy check in and check out.

The area outside felt unsafe and the room had a very strong perfume fragrance

This property was very clean, free parking directly onsite, the room had so many amenities, full use kitchen. Jorge was an exceptional host. I would definitely recommend and return.

No kitchen Room was too cold No hot water

Communication with the host, Jorge, was excellent. The check-in process was smooth and entirely remote, and we were given early access at the scheduled time. The cleanliness was excellent. The minimalist room had everything we needed for one night, including hot water and good air conditioning. They could upgrade the pillows to more comfortable ones. The bathroom door is a barn door, which I don't think provides much privacy, but it does give it a modern look. The location is a bit of a concern because it's not the most visually appealing area, but the building itself is in good condition. It would be helpful if they clearly marked the parking spaces belonging to Casa Ciana. Overall, it was fine and served its purpose.

Water pressure on shower was really bad !!! Everything else was perfect !!

Pros: nice and updated-great communicatios-great instructions-security. Cons: overpriced, sketchy neighborhood, noise, found used napkins in room basket with towels as well as open soda can and napking on balcony

The TV remote didn’t work, the temperature of the water for shower was barely warm enough both conditions have been reported but no action was taken
