I booked this property based on excellent reviews and I'm so glad I did. John is an outstanding host. His property is clean and very well-run. It has everything one needs for an enjoyable beach vacation. John even provided beach chairs. He gave us great advice on places to see and things to do in PR. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of fruit, pastries, yogurt and hot sandwiches. John even accomodated my specific dietary needs. His property exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time in PR thanks to John's hospitality.

John was an amazing host! Very attentive and caring of his guests! The pool was great to spend time with the kids! The location is prime with what all the great Rincon staples and restaurants nearby! I highly recommend a stay for anyone wanting to have a nice getaway near the water!

This B&B is beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. John the host made us feel like we were at home and very welcome. Highly recommended!

My family had excellent stay here while visiting Rincon. John was an outstanding host and provided great communication before and during our stay. He took the time to share advice and suggestions about nearby activities. John also put out a plentiful and delicious spread for breakfast with a great variety including fresh fruit. The room clean and comfy. Overall, a terrific place to stay.

The property was private, beautiful and very clean, and the owner was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a very nice person. Breakfast was plentiful. Great coffee too! It was also close to everything.

This is my second time staying here and it is like my home away from home, very clean, breakfast is great. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Beautiful beaches, snorkeling, sailing, shopping. 10/10!

The owner was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The pool area was lovely. There were beach chairs to use. There was an easy drive to steps beach where we enjoyed lovely snorkeling and beach walks. Breakfast was good although not fancy

I can't recommend this place highly enough. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother and 14 year old daughter over Christmas week. We didn't have a rental car so we were worried about how it would work out, but John and his son were so incredibly helpful and generous with recommendations. They couldn't have been more attentive and friendly and we felt right at home. When my daughter got a bad sunburn after our first day, John personally brought us some aloe. The place is clean, comfortable, and so beautiful. It's close enough to walk to Sandy Beach and a few restaurants, but far enough up the hill to not be too noisy and give a little escape from the hustle. The pool area is SO peaceful and beautiful. The beach chairs and towels made beach going much more pleasant. The breakfast was exactly what we needed each morning for surf fuel - basic protein, fresh fruit and bagels/pastries/oatmeal. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. The view from our room and the balcony were incredibly (room 4!) As others have mentioned, the walk back up the hill from the beach is quite steep. But my 70 year old mother with hip and ankle problems managed it a few times, she just went slowly (and watch out for cars, they do drive fast:) John put us in touch with a local cab company if anyone finds themselves in a similar predicament, they were a family run business and also very friendly. And if the "Thai Lady" is in town, I highly recommend getting fresh homemade Thai from down the road

We had a fantastic stay in this B&B. John (Host) was very cordial and friendly. Guided us on activities/dining options and even helped us with vacuuming our rental vehicle that we dirtied with beach sand. Breakfast: Was very fresh and great Rooms: Clean and great view of the ocean My family (4 adults) all had a great time and if we visit Rincon we would love to stay here again.

Small hotel without noise. Very knowledgeable and friendly host, Nice pool, very comfy beds and quiet neighborhood to sleep in. Short walk to a few restaurants and Sandy Beach for surf or swim. Our friendly host preparing breakfast was perfect w fruit, egg, pastries, yogurt. John went out of his way in hospitality and wouldn't mind going out of his way to help anyway that he could. My flight was delayed and arrived very late, he sent me the link for phone tracking and connecting to his phone ready for my arrival at his place at 1:30AM. Thanks John.

Herrliche saubere Unterkunft. Alles super gepflegt. Schöner Pool, Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick und Poolblick. Zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ein tolles Frühstück mit Obst, Müsli, Kuchen, Joghurts, Eiern. Zentrale Lage. Einziger Nachteil : zu laute Klimaanlage

Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool. Easy walk to good restaurants. Away from hustle bustle of town. John and his son and daughter were amazing hosts! Clean and spacious rooms. Comfy beds.

We had an amazing stay for 8 days at Dos Angeles del Mar. The place is wonderful with lots of trees and a nice surrounding. Everything was very clean. The AC was working properly. The house has an own generator in case public power is down (during our case for almost one day !). We had a room with two queensize beds. The room had a microwave oven and a refrigerator to cool drinks for the beach or tours. Towels were changed every day and also beds were made daily. The room had a balcony, but we did not use it often due to the high outside temperatures and humidity during our stay. The house is located at a small hill with a nice view of the sea. Sufficient parking space is avaliable at the site. There are three restaurants in walking distance but the road to the beach is steep and since we were somehow lazy, we took the car. But if someone is good at walking it should be less than a 20 minutes walk. Breakfast with fresh fruits, pastries, bread and yoghurt is included. Coffee was very good ! Breakfast room has air condition and is also very clean. But now to the thing we liked most and this is definitely the host John ! We have hardly met a friendlier and wonderful person than him ! He took great care that we had a pleasant stay, we had so many good conversations during breakfast and he gave us excellent recommendations for tours, nice places for dinner etc. ! Her was present when we needed him, but never intrusive. Take care, John, you are the best !

Overall great experience, we'll be back. The owner is a great resource of information and truly makes guests feel comfortable. We had a great visit!

John is the perfect host, there when you need him, responsive to your every need but providing enough space to feel private. Dos Angeles is a beautiful tribute to John's family and the property reflects his pride. The continental breakfast was plentiful, the pool was perfect, the room spacious and spotless, and the location was minutes from everywhere. We spent a week and were sad to leave, but will definitely be back.
