Pire chambre que j'ai pu avoir de toute ma vie , moquette sur le sol pendant 7 jours aucun coup d'aspirateur . Dans la salle de bain aucun entretien du sol . Changement de draps uniquement une fois en 7 jours . Aucun nettoyage mise à part jeter la couverture sur le lit ( ni chambre ni salle de bain ) et mettre des bouteilles d'eau et des produits . Robinet de la salle de bain cassé , sur 7 jours nous avions pu avoir de l'eau chaude 2 jours uniquement sur 7 en pretextant que dans le pays ce netait pas grave alors que j'avais un bébé de 1 an . Personnel pas forcément non plus très agréable malgré que quelques uns on été qu'à même professionnel. Petit déjeuner répétitif tout au long . Mais déçu surtout sa lhygiene.

The first room they gave me had a very small bed in it even though I booked a Double. They were more than happy to give me a different room with a much larger bed and the room was absolutely lovely. Spacious too and in a very good location. It only took 10 minutes to walk to the souq. I would recommend this hotel.

Le soir pour monter a la chambre les assenceurs non accessible a cause du bar au 1 er etage, accessible a tout le monde même les gens de l'exterieur. Sauna jaccusi non fonctionnel. Douche dans la chambre brisé. Matelat pas cinfortable du tout!!!!! Trop de bruit. La seule chose de bien que j'ai retenu c'est la gentillesse du personnel.

This is the (worst) hotel I ever booked in my life. How is this a 4 stars hotel? It is maximum 2 stars! It is very old and not clean. The room: The bathroom is awful, the elevators are small, slow, and one not working! The lobby is very old and smells bad! The reception don’t know the rules and asking his colleague before any step in the check in. For the check out, it took them more than 10 minutes to finish the process!! Wow! And the location is not the best, there are many other options better after I visited the city. It is an avoid for me, I prefer sleeping in the car instead of booking this place again. Really disappointed.

They said the was a jacuzzi but when you arrive the jacuzzi has been out of service for months, besides the pool is disgusting filled with bird poop and when we asked it to be cleaned he put the dirt back in the pool we almost threw up, the gym looks like a morgue and the hotel looks like a ghost house, there are much better hotels nearby

The staff was nice enough to offer me a ride to the airport on my last day in Doha. The driver, while initially nice, started playing religious recitations on his radio for a very loooooooooooong time! This was extremely annoying and rude. I understand and respect the country's religion, but please don't impose it on me especially when I'm just a guest expecting you to respect me as well.

One day the elevator was blocked with 10 people inside, as everybody can imagine is a terrible situation, we didn't have space even to move, the light was off and the guy in the reception was so rude to me. It was really uncomfortable... Also I found some insects in the bathroom which is disgusting. Constructions around the hotel from 5am in the morning..

Very disappointed as they do not read the instructions on the booking nor do they read the private messages sent to them from the customer. When they do eventually read them, they respond very late and not within a timely manner. For example, I booked for the 10/10/19-12/10/19. I advised them of my flight details and asked for airport transfers to and from the hotel at least twice. Once at the point of booking and again in a private message. Arrived at the airport and was disappointed there was no one to meet me. I grabbed a taxi and got to the hotel. I asked them where my airport transfer was and they said that none had been booked for me even though it was requested. I received a response for confirmation of airport transfers today! On the 18th October!!! Ummmm I think the hotel is a little delayed.
