Zimmer war sauber. Kleinigkeiten die repariert gehören wie z.B. Vorhänge konnten nicht richtig geöffnet werden oder die Steckdoseund Lichtschalten im Bad. Die Poolanlage ist wirklich sehr schön und auch beheizt. Strand ist okay. Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal immer hilfsbereit.

Climate system in the room is cooling to 16 °C when it is turned on. Fortunately the room had a good temperature after I turned it on. Great personnel at reception, breakfast and fitness area. Very helpful and well organised.

Just returned from a family birthday holiday at the Rixos. On the whole we were impressed with the hotel. The only downside was how things changed when Ramadan started. It would have been totally fine if both hotel and Expedia explained all the differences and that this was reflected in the price but there was zero transparency on this prior even though we asked this before we travelled. We did talk to the hotel they gave us a iftar dinner but this was comparable to what we paid for so didn't feel like any proper gesture. Manager dealing with this was kind and seemed like his hands was tied but it's a shame as really the price diff of pre Ramadan should have been refunded to us. Positives - staff around the restaurant the manager reception staff and hotel were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Kids club was very good and our girls loved going there for the activities. Pools were warm and overall the hotel was extremely clean. Kids discos and shows were good again these stopped during Ramadan but we weren't aware this was going to happen. Negatives - communication between hotel reservations and guests prior was poor. No replies on questions re Ramadan. Bed was not set up for the children when we informed we would be arriving after midnight. Details minimal on what was included in the all inclusive package both on hotel website and Expedia site. Shame as the reservation department did let down the staff that worked hard at the hotel itself. On the whole were happy

Zimmer schmutzig und sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Reinigung nur auf Nachfrage. Servicepersonal zum Teil sehr unfreundlich. Atmosphäre im Hauptrestaurant sehr unschön, auch hier langes Warten auf Getränke und Abräumen. In den Themenrestaurants hatte man als All Inklusive Gast nur eine sehr begrenzte und auch hier enttäuschende Auswahl. Nach den Beschreibungen des Hotels im Internet ein enttäuschender und dafür viel zu teurer Aufenthalt.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door het personeel. De kamer was schoon, ruim en modern ingericht, met een heerlijk comfortabel bed. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en vers, met genoeg keuze voor iedereen. Wat wij extra waardeerden, was dat er uitstekend rekening werd gehouden met mijn glutenintolerantie. Er waren speciale glutenvrije opties beschikbaar en het personeel was goed op de hoogte en dacht actief mee. Dat gaf een heel prettig en vertrouwd gevoel. Daarnaast hebben wij meerdere malen gedineerd bij Mr Taylor in het hotel. Dit was werkelijk een fantastische ervaring! De gerechten waren van hoge kwaliteit, prachtig gepresenteerd en vol van smaak. Ook hier werd zorgvuldig rekening gehouden met mijn glutenintolerantie, wat voor ons het totaalplaatje compleet maakte. De locatie van het hotel is ideaal: aan het strand, dichtbij het centrum en toch lekker rustig. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug en raden dit hotel absoluut aan!

The room was good but the so call city view is a car park, most of the staff we great and very friendly. The so called all inclusive was disappointing and probably the worst one I’ve ever been, the food in the buffet was very good. We ate there most nights as we could only get into one of the à la carte restaurants on one evening as it was fully booked the whole 7 nights of our stay which was very disappointing. The burger and chips option by the pool was worse than Mc Donald’s. We would go back to Doha again but wouldn’t stay at this hotel.

Very noisy road and loud music from hotel next door and the hotel is between 2no airports!

personale sempre cordiale e sorridente. camere molto pulite e le superior vista mare con vetrate sulla spiaggia e skyline della città. colazione ottima e con molta scelta, pranzi e cene abbastanza ripetitivi ma accettabili. poco pronti a gestire le allergie alimentari in quanto molto personale non sapeva ingredienti dei piatti e per sicurezza più volte hanno preferito non far mangiare piuttosto che rischiare shock. sicuramente disponibili a cucinare qualcosa di adatto ma naturalmente la scelta diventava molto inferiore. personalmente mi ha dato più fastidio il fatto che i bambini potessero muoversi liberamente al buffet degli adulti. forse sarebbe meglio fare nella sala da pranzo, che tra l’altro ad oggi è piccola e non sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti, una zona per sole famiglie con bambini inferiori a tot anni. scelta sportiva veramente ampia. nessuna animazione di altro genere. spiaggia e piscina con un numero non sufficiente di lettini e purtroppo spesso i bagnini accettato il fatto che le persone ancora la mattina presto occupino con i teli i lettini e cuscinoni. con taxi e uber si raggiungono con al massimo tragitti di 20-25 minuti ogni zona da vedere della città. vacanza sicuramente bella e che rifarei.
