Prijs kwaliteit goed hotel. Personeel heel behulpzaam. Wel heel afgelegen. En jammer van de luidruchtige medegasten. Die hadden 0 respect voor de mensen die ‘s nachts wel willen slapen. De dunne muren helpen ook niet

Het personeel is gedienstig en beleefd. Er waren wel veel kamer waarin feestjes werden gevierd. Maar na overleg hebben we een andere kamer gekregen. Eetzaal en de bar waren dicht. Overall best oké.

The staff were great , very helpful and accommodating . It was hard to communicate in english but for the most part things were okay . As for the cleanliness , the couches were not clean , the mattress was very hard to sleep on and there were no iron board , iron or hair dryer (we had to ask for them). The place is surrounded by construction , we could hear some noise on the third floor. The road was mostly closed due to construction so we had to find a path around the hotel to take the high way. Lusail city is very beautiful .there are a-lot of land marks and food options . We enjoyed our time touring the city.

My worst experience in Qatar. We booked this hotel only because it was close to the F1 circuit and would make getting there easy. We arrived around 12:15 and were told the room was not ready so we agreed to leave our bags and come back later. When we returned, we were suddenly told the hotel was overbooked. The only reasonable explanation is that the room we booked was sold to someone else. They moved us to another hotel on the complete other side of Doha (near the airport), adding 25 kilometers to our travel to the F1 track. Even though they offered a free upgrade and transfer, it completely defeated the purpose of booking this place. The next day, the replacement hotel managed to transfer us back to waterfront hotel since a room had become available. The room showed poor maintenance with peeling walls and small insects in the bathroom. We also found only one towel and requested another one which never arrived. I usually do not complain but after reading other reviews, it seems our experience was not unique but something that happens often. The valet and porter were nice tho.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis von diesem Hotel ist super! Man hat riesige Zimmer mit einem schönen Ausblick, und einen eigenen, sehr angenehmen Strand. Die Gegend befindet sich gerade im Aufbau, mich persönlich hat das aber nicht weiter gestört. Um ehrlich zu sein, hatte ich bei den schlechten Bewertungen Sorge. Diese haben sich aber überhaupt nicht bestätigt, insbesondere wenn man auf Preis und Leistung schaut. Alles war sauber. Eine Kaution musste ich nicht zahlen, bei technischen Problemen kam auch jemand binnen 10 Minuten. Es hat alles gut funktioniert, das Personal war überaus freundlich und es gab nicht die beschriebenen Probleme. Gibt es bessere 4 Sterne Hotels? Mit Sicherheit, aber für den Preis nicht. Eine große Empfehlung für den nächsten Urlaub, ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
