Breakfast restaurant smells of mold

Clean, recently renovated rooms, great free breakfast and helpful staff that spoke English. I will stay here again if I'm in the area! No air-conditioning in the room, but I stayed in May, so weather was cool...

While walking to a hotel in a steep hill, one wonders whether Google maps really navigate to the right INTERHOTEL ZLIN while there is just HOTEL ZLIN lettering on the roof. To add confusion, credit card is charged by INTERHOTEL MOSKVA, which is the former name (which is one that also taxi drivers use). Some parts of the hotel are 1980’s-like but there is a nicely renovated part where we stayed on the 10th floor, with chip card door opening and nicely done large shower. Unfortunately, the shower head was poor, there are no grab bars nor a little shelf to put your soap onto. No night light either! The bed is very comfortable though the blanket was too warm and there is no adjustment of temperature in the room as far as we could see. There is a comfortable chair and a writing desk but you cannot sit at the desk if the window is open. The room offers stunning view of the city and lets you sleep well - it is well insulated for noise. The door lock should be serviced, perhaps a drop of oil once in a while - it is hard to open and makes much noise. We heard some people trying constantly. Also, the sink drain needs to be cleaned, but that is what happens in hotels. Clerks were very nice and helpful except one day when we asked for directions and the girl hardly knew where the hotel is on the map. Front desk offers wonderful Bata-related items for sale. Restaurant is just OK. In Moravia, one would expect more than 2 kinds of wine by the glass. Also a more hospitable waitress.

The hotel (and offices , houses) has seen better days. Room is OK - large bed is of good quality. Breakfast is not up to standard and runs out before 8:00 without refill. the receptionist is the only person who understands english - other than that you need hands and feet for communication. Restaurant next to reception is of good qualtiy but not much people visiting. Parking behind the hotel has to be paid for and is very small - next parking is public but far distance.

L'hôtel est toujours aussi accueillant. Le seul petit souci est en période de forte chaleur, il n'y a pas de climatisation. Sinon le reste est très bien.

Good hotel in Zlin with restaurant and paid outdoor parking (without height restrictions). Would have no problem staying again.

Room: a little bit to small, but very clean and comfortable enough. I dislike the missing of balcony in this hotel. Breakfast pretty good. Could be supplied with some fried ham and/or sausages (for an american breakfast type).

Well looked after hotel. Clean with very good breakfast. Comfortable rooms and beds. The only thing is missing is air conditioning! For a four star hotel air conditioning units in every room are essential. You need to start installing them for rooms with only one window as during the summer it can get very hot and even with open window temperature doesn't go down. We stayed here during the summer too.

Very friendly and professional front desk. Excellent service , great food in the Legend Steak House restaurant ( next to the reception office). Nice city view, great location.

Great place to stay. Can’t fault it in any way. Staff are friendly and really helpful. I’ve stayed here a couple of times and will definitely use again. I recommend it to anyone who wants a good place to stay. Town centre is in walking distance. Train, bus is close by and Taxis are easy to get.

Hotel je po rekonstrukci poměrně pěkný a pobyt by zde až na pár nedostatků mohl být fajn. Jenže pokud přijedete později budete mít problém s parkováním. Zámky k pokojům nefungují úplně optimálně a nastavit ve sprše optimální teplotu vody taky není snadné... Jenže zásadní problém je, že hotel v honbě za co největším ziskem ignoruje pohodu hostů. Fakt nerozumím tomu, jak může od 17 rodin do čtvrt na tři v noci hrát v sále v prvním patře tak hlasitá hudba, že i v nejvyšším patře vám rezonuje celý pokoj. To je opravdu nehorázná ignorance hosta!! Na upozornění, zda jde hudba ztišit se prakticky nic nezměnilo. Takže jsme opravdu naštvání a jestli se sem ještě někdy vrátíme, tak to si fakt neumím nyní moc představit...

Location, cleanliness, great breakfast - plenty even when you come a bit later. The rooms are not particularly soundproof - not suitable for light sleepers
