Ottimo hotel

I booked a deluxe room at a higher rate than normal, when we checked in we were given room 202 which at first glance was lovely, it wasn’t until I opened the curtains that we were very disappointed with the view. There was no outside view at all, instead both windows were looking out onto an internal building site with literally bags on cement on the window cill. I mentioned this at check out thinking we may have been offered some kind of compensation but all the man said was “ I know, there around £650. We travel a lot and I have never known such high deposit being taken. I will say that the room was lovely, as was the bathroom, also very clean and comfortable. It’s a shame they let themselves down with the attitude to the lack of an outside view.

Amazing customer service and hotel in a great location

Repas très bien. Chambre très correcte .propreté indéniable.

The room was nice aesthetically but being on floor 1 which was street level, the road noise and even the noise from footfall outside was loud and constant from early morning to late night especially the 2am bin collections on Sunday morning! The staff were pleasant but not very welcoming and small requests were ignored like a request for a small amount of milk in the room for tea and coffee. The breakfast has no meat as this is a Kosher hotel but this is not expressly stated which is something I should have explored before booking as some meats are allowed in kosher eating. The Spa is also not available to couples together with men’s and women’s times seperate which was disappointing to find out on arrival but again had I downloaded the opening times it is on the website but again not expressly stated until you research. The hotel is about 20th its walk from the old town and there are much better locations if you are looking to be in the thick of things in Prague. Overall we had an ok stay, I would not stay again but I would defiantly visit Prague again.

The Kosher Hotel King David in Prague is incredible. The staff was extremely attentive, responsive, and helpful. The rooms were huge, quiet, well appointed, and the air conditioning worked great. The food at breakfast and dinner was superb with a ton of variety. We stayed there for sukkot and would do so again in a heartbeat. The hotel is beautiful, but it's the staff that truly made the stay extraordinary. We arrived around 11 PM after a long flight and the front desk had saved us food from dinner in to go containers. From there, things just kept getting better. The staff at meals were extremely pleasant and anticipated our needs before we did, even bringing us blankets when the kids were cold. There's a shul in the hotel, a nice heated sukkah, and plenty of staff that speak Hebrew. Overall a perfect hotel, especially for kosher travelers.

Outstanding hotel from checkin to checkout!

THIS IS NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL!!! Nice clean, comfortable, and relatively good service. But nowhere near a five star.

Mir gefiel den umgang nicht was für leute da wahren wäre nicht schlecht wenn man das ihrgendwo schriebt bei der beschreibung con dem Hotel am Samstag war der frühstück auch nichts besonders leider dafür Sonntag etwas besser wenn man nicht Fleisch anbiedet wo auch niergends stand das es Fleischfrei ist erwarte ich schon minderstens etwas rührei oder só und zum Schluss der spa ging am Samstag Abend garnichts dan eine stunde vor spa Schluss rief der spa uns an das es ging aber nicht alles nur der pool und whirtpool den ging en wir aber der whirtpool war so kalt das wir nach 10 min wieder ins Zimmer gingen schade kommen nie mehr

It has its own clientele so I don't think my review matters. But I travel a lot and this establishment is not a 5 star hotel in any form or shape! A solid 3 star hotel. But normal for the area I presume.

Lovely spacious rooms, great food.

Everything was presented very elegantly. It was fancy and up-to-date style-wise. The room was one of the smaller rooms of the hotel and yet was quite spacious. The room came equipped with an additional sink outside the bathroom, some closet space, and a small fridge (no freezer). The staff was very nice and helpful. The meals were presented very nicely, and the food was delicious. Outside the property are semi-quiet city streets and - around the corner - a park. It was a short walk from the town center. Overall would highly recommend!
