Lovely, spacious room and good facilities. Comfortable and mostly quiet. The air conditioning was erratic at times and did not fully work on one day, but it was better on other days. Helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend the hotel.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The room was large and nicely decorated and had clearly been done up recently as it had USB sockets by the bed and a wide range of lighting options. Water pressure in the shower was good and the storage was convenient. The location was very walkable. But compared to other hotels I've stayed at I would say this was okay but not memorable. The breakfast was really disappointing - every variant of bread I tried was dry and they didn't have a toaster available. The buffet was very limited in terms of options. Thankfully they will make you an omelette included in the price as otherwise I'd have been very hungry! I also found it surprisimg that the hotel had no gym.

The hotel is average. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were not upto standard. Housekeeping only does the bed everyday nothing else. Staff is disinterested and not bothered. The property has no vibe or feel to it. Maybe pick a place closer to old town.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location on the west side of the river. We had a beautiful view over the river to the other side from our room, and were pleasantly surprised to find that the area was very quiet at night. Our only criticisms are that toilet roll was only replenished if requested, and that a member of staff opened the door into our room on our last morning before we had checked out, despite the 'Do not disturb' sign being on the handle and the door being locked. Although they immediately apologised and left, we felt slightly uncomfortable and confused as to why this happened. Aside from these two issues, we would recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for somewhere comfortable and don't mind walking 30 - 45 minutes to some of the main attractions.

Water pressure in the shower was good and the storage was convenient. The location was very walkable. But compared to other hotels I've stayed at I would say this was okay but not memorable. The breakfast was really disappointing - every variant of bread I tried was dry and they didn't have a toaster available. The buffet was very limited in terms of options. Thankfully they will make you an omelette included in the price as otherwise I'd have been very hungry! I also found it surprisimg that the hotel had no gym.

Hotellin sijainti hyvä heti sillan päässä. Kävellen pääsee keskeisille paikoille. Tällä puolen jokea hintataso on ravintoloissa edullisempi. Hotelli perus siisti, muutama roikkuva kaapinovi. Äänieristys käytävälle surkea. Joku hullu alkoi 4:00 yöllä huutamaan käytävällä ja sitä jatkui melkein parituntia.

The hotel is average. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were not upto standard. Housekeeping only does the bed everyday nothing else. Staff is disinterested and not bothered. The property has no vibe or feel to it. Maybe pick a place closer to old town.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location on the west side of the river. We had a beautiful view over the river to the other side from our room, and were pleasantly surprised to find that the area was very quiet at night. Our only criticisms are that toilet roll was only replenished if requested, and that a member of staff opened the door into our room on our last morning before we had checked out, despite the 'Do not disturb' sign being on the handle and the door being locked. Although they immediately apologised and left, we felt slightly uncomfortable and confused as to why this happened. Aside from these two issues, we would recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for somewhere comfortable and don't mind walking 30 - 45 minutes to some of the main attractions.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. It felt more like an apartment. The balcony view was lovely and staff were all helpful and friendly. We found it a great location for everything we wanted to do.
