I recently stayed at Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The business suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, while even the entry-level room offered a standard of comfort well above expectations. The beds are outstanding — a generous 180 cm wide with thick, full-width quilts and high-quality cotton linens that made for an excellent night’s sleep. Another thoughtful touch was the inclusion of a pod coffee machine in both room types, something you rarely find outside premium suites. Breakfast was varied and fresh, with a great mix of hot dishes, fruit, and pastries. The on-site mini-market and bar are very convenient, and the gym is well equipped for a city hotel. Staff throughout the property were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Overall, this hotel delivers tremendous value for money — modern, comfortable, and well-managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague for business or leisure.

The room was very nice. Hotel conveniently located. Reception staff are not friendly and need training in how to treat guests. The supervisor on Dec 6 was rude, as was the staffer on the morning of Dec 8. They acted annoyed by my questions and requests for service. I would not come back just bc of their rudeness.

Nice hotel - only thing we didn’t like was the lack of aircon (only goes down to 21.5 degrees) and having to sleep in dirty sheets and use a dirty bathroom as cleaning is only done after checkout.

Ich hätte erwartet, dass das Bett täglich gemacht wird und bin jeden Tag zu einem unberührten Bett gekehrt. Nur den Mülleimer haben sie täglich entleert. Ausserdem habe ich an einem Tag Trinkjoguhrt aus einem der zwei zur Verfügung gestellten Gläser getrunken und dieser Glas stand den folgenden Tagen einfach dar. Sie hätten den mitnehmen und waschen können. Immerhin ist das Hotel schon sehr sehr sauber und schön. Das Personal im Empfang ist freundlich. Das Schlimmste, muss ich jedoch sagen, war die Verwirrung mit dem Spa/Wellness. Man entnimmt der Beschreibung nicht nur, dass Sauna im Preis inkludiert ist, sondern auch, dass der Spa-Bereich im selben Hotel ist. Tatsache ist aber, dass der Spa eine externe Firma ist, im Nebengebäude liegt (man kann also nicht vom Zimmer in Badeanzug gehen) und man extra dafür bezahlen muss. Man bekommt vom Hotel schlicht eine 10% Ermässigung und einen Gang zu einer Tür zu einem Gang zu einer Treppe als „direkte“ Verbindung. Ich wünschte mir also sowohl ein bisschen mehr Achtsamkeit bei der täglichen Reinigung/Aufräumung der Zimmern und Klarheit bei der Beschreibung des Bezugs zum Spa/Welness.

I like the fact that the breakfast buffet is included on each reservation, but the food is the same everyday and they don't change the selection, also the housekeeping is not so attentive when I asked for room cleaning, not sure if she understand me, could be language barrier.

Wir haben ein sauberes und modernes Zimmer vorgefunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, allerdings gab es für Veganer oder Personen, die kein Schweinefleisch essen, leider keine Fleischalternativen. Dafür bot das Buffet eine schöne kleine Auswahl an Süßspeisen. Die Umgebung war insgesamt recht ruhig; lediglich eine Baustelle direkt gegenüber war bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Das Hotel liegt zudem in einer guten Lage, von der aus man die Altstadt und die Prager Einkaufszentren bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Pros: Hotel is well located, comfortable and with choices at walkable distance Breakfast was good. Rooms were updated but comfortable and spacious. They have a laundry per room Cons: They represent the hotel with pool and jacuzzi. Those amenities don’t belong to the hotel and you should pay for using them. Rate was around $20 per person for 2 hours. The worst part is that you should reserve with time in advance and there is limited availability. The pool is really a cold plunge. We like having the pool after a long day and there were many hotels with those choices in the area. I also used the spa service and it was low average

WE spent 8 days there in a one bedroom apartment. Loved exploring Prague on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Service was helpful and reliable. Price was fine. Only minor issue was initial difficulty with the airco control system that took a bit longer to get sorted out. Would definitely go there again

Værelset var rent, men indeklimaet var forfærdeligt. Der var koldt og der lugtede af kemikalier så trods grundig udluftning hjalp dette ikke. Havde besvær med kløe i øjnene og slimhinder blev besværet. Måtte tjekke ud efter den anden overnatning.

Hotellet har alt en trenger, gode fasiliteter, nærhet til bysentrum og offentlig transport. Har ingenting å sette fingeren på, hotellet er tipp topp! Vi kommer til å benytte samme hotell igjen hvis det blir flere turer til Praha. Hyggelige og imøtekommende ansatte. Nærmeste t-bane stasjon er I.P. Pavlova.

The room was very nice. Hotel conveniently located. Reception staff are not friendly and need training in how to treat guests. The supervisor on Dec 6 was rude, as was the staffer on the morning of Dec 8. They acted annoyed by my questions and requests for service. I would not come back just bc of their rudeness.

Easy access to city centre not too far from museum etc , lovely staff and hotel was really nice Gym could be better not a lot in there maybe a cable machine and a bar and plates would give people more use

Nice hotel - only thing we didn’t like was the lack of aircon (only goes down to 21.5 degrees) and having to sleep in dirty sheets and use a dirty bathroom as cleaning is only done after checkout.

Ich hätte erwartet, dass das Bett täglich gemacht wird und bin jeden Tag zu einem unberührten Bett gekehrt. Nur den Mülleimer haben sie täglich entleert. Ausserdem habe ich an einem Tag Trinkjoguhrt aus einem der zwei zur Verfügung gestellten Gläser getrunken und dieser Glas stand den folgenden Tagen einfach dar. Sie hätten den mitnehmen und waschen können. Immerhin ist das Hotel schon sehr sehr sauber und schön. Das Personal im Empfang ist freundlich. Das Schlimmste, muss ich jedoch sagen, war die Verwirrung mit dem Spa/Wellness. Man entnimmt der Beschreibung nicht nur, dass Sauna im Preis inkludiert ist, sondern auch, dass der Spa-Bereich im selben Hotel ist. Tatsache ist aber, dass der Spa eine externe Firma ist, im Nebengebäude liegt (man kann also nicht vom Zimmer in Badeanzug gehen) und man extra dafür bezahlen muss. Man bekommt vom Hotel schlicht eine 10% Ermässigung und einen Gang zu einer Tür zu einem Gang zu einer Treppe als „direkte“ Verbindung. Ich wünschte mir also sowohl ein bisschen mehr Achtsamkeit bei der täglichen Reinigung/Aufräumung der Zimmern und Klarheit bei der Beschreibung des Bezugs zum Spa/Welness.

I recently stayed at Mamaison Residence Downtown Prague and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The business suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, while even the entry-level room offered a standard of comfort well above expectations. The beds are outstanding — a generous 180 cm wide with thick, full-width quilts and high-quality cotton linens that made for an excellent night’s sleep. Another thoughtful touch was the inclusion of a pod coffee machine in both room types, something you rarely find outside premium suites. Breakfast was varied and fresh, with a great mix of hot dishes, fruit, and pastries. The on-site mini-market and bar are very convenient, and the gym is well equipped for a city hotel. Staff throughout the property were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Overall, this hotel delivers tremendous value for money — modern, comfortable, and well-managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague for business or leisure.

I like the fact that the breakfast buffet is included on each reservation, but the food is the same everyday and they don't change the selection, also the housekeeping is not so attentive when I asked for room cleaning, not sure if she understand me, could be language barrier.

Wir haben ein sauberes und modernes Zimmer vorgefunden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, allerdings gab es für Veganer oder Personen, die kein Schweinefleisch essen, leider keine Fleischalternativen. Dafür bot das Buffet eine schöne kleine Auswahl an Süßspeisen. Die Umgebung war insgesamt recht ruhig; lediglich eine Baustelle direkt gegenüber war bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr entspannt. Das Hotel liegt zudem in einer guten Lage, von der aus man die Altstadt und die Prager Einkaufszentren bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.

Pros: Hotel is well located, comfortable and with choices at walkable distance Breakfast was good. Rooms were updated but comfortable and spacious. They have a laundry per room Cons: They represent the hotel with pool and jacuzzi. Those amenities don’t belong to the hotel and you should pay for using them. Rate was around $20 per person for 2 hours. The worst part is that you should reserve with time in advance and there is limited availability. The pool is really a cold plunge. We like having the pool after a long day and there were many hotels with those choices in the area. I also used the spa service and it was low average

WE spent 8 days there in a one bedroom apartment. Loved exploring Prague on foot. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. Service was helpful and reliable. Price was fine. Only minor issue was initial difficulty with the airco control system that took a bit longer to get sorted out. Would definitely go there again

Værelset var rent, men indeklimaet var forfærdeligt. Der var koldt og der lugtede af kemikalier så trods grundig udluftning hjalp dette ikke. Havde besvær med kløe i øjnene og slimhinder blev besværet. Måtte tjekke ud efter den anden overnatning.

Hotellet har alt en trenger, gode fasiliteter, nærhet til bysentrum og offentlig transport. Har ingenting å sette fingeren på, hotellet er tipp topp! Vi kommer til å benytte samme hotell igjen hvis det blir flere turer til Praha. Hyggelige og imøtekommende ansatte. Nærmeste t-bane stasjon er I.P. Pavlova.
