Great hotel excellent location close to city center and all it has to offer. Clean spacious room very clean and quiet.

Bed was best we ever slept on!! In pife. On any travel or at home. Book this hotel and you wont regreat it. Superior room was very small (no 213), which I doubt is 20m2, as declared on hotels.com. If you are travelin by car, dont book this hotel in 2025 and 2026. There is major street reconstruction and we lost on friday afternoon 45 minutes to make 5km circle by car, than parked on the street, struggeled to carry our suitcases to a hotel and paid a big fine for street parking as we did not know blue lines are for residens only and you get nice surprise - wheel lock. Breakfast was amazing. Bathroom is beautif and well equiped. Hotel bar at night is nothing special.

Rummet var fint och vi hade turen att bli uppgraderade av dem, rörigt utanför då det var ett stort vägarbete och lite problem med vattenrören typ inget varmvatten m.m. Vi rekommenderar detta hotell då det låg väldigt centralt och det var lätt att komma till hotellet. Det fanns en hel del restauranger i närheten som var helt okej.

We were unable to adjust the room temperature which was really warm and the fan for the central air came on every minute and a half then shut off after 10-12 seconds. Made sleeping difficult.

Breakfast has been lovely although we have had a few hiccups. No water on Monday and no hot water on Tuesday so couldn't shower before going out. Workers burst a main pipe and yes I get that but we should have been informed eg telephone call or letter under your door. They are also saying we owe city taxes which says on our paperwork that we have paid, but the hotel are saying they have not received the money from yourselves. Not a nice experience and not my problem. You need to sort this out.

The pictures of the hotel were staged. The reception, the bar and the lobby are much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The bar and the reception desk are attached. The person at the reception desk also acts as the bartender. In the shower, there is conditioner and shampoo/gel combination which is used to clean oneself. There is no separate soap to use. No facecloth is provided. There is construction going on around the property.

o hotel é proximo dos pontos turisticos, está proximo a restaurantes e lojas. Praga é uma cidade maravilhosa, fizemos tudo a pé! Os atendentes foram muito solicito conosco em tudo o que precisamos . Recomendo
