Great room and staff. Loved the spa.

We arrived late in the evening, returning from the Carpathian Mountains en route to the city of Iași, just to spend the night with 2 children, but we couldn’t do it because when we entered the room, it was very hot, the room was 28 degrees, and the air conditioner wasn’t working. I turned it on, it ran from 10 PM to 1 AM and only lowered the temperature to 25 degrees, I had to turn it off because it was making a lot of noise, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t reduce the speed, it was impossible! After I turned off the air conditioner, I realized that this wasn’t the only noise in the room, plus there was vibration from the air conditioner in another room, the entire room was vibrating. This was the worst night in hotels, and my wife and I with 2 children have been traveling around Europe for a month already, we have changed about 20 hotels, but we haven’t had anything like this before. I do not recommend this hotel!!! When I was checking in, the only request at the reception was to give me a quiet room! I didn’t go in the middle of the night to change the room because I don’t see the point in packing all the things, moving, making the bed for the children myself, which I had to do late in the evening, I didn’t do it, but I couldn’t sleep either (((

Étape de transition entre Bucovine et Valachie. Pas d’arrêt prévu à bacau donc le stop dans cet hôtel était parfait pour décompresser avant et après la route. Tout est sur place : piscine semi olympique, spa, restaurant. Petit dej décevant Spa très bruyant (certains visiteurs ne respectent pas les codes du silence) Mais piscine nickel !

Équipements de premier ordre avec deux piscines dont une extérieure

Værelset var meget varmt ved ankomst. Vi havde en enkelt overnatning, og temperaturen i værelset blev først tålelig om morgenen. Der manglede at blive redt op til 2 af os. Og der manglede håndklæder.
