Hotellet er sentralt og bra. God utsikt over byen fra de øverste etasjene

Dit was echt het meest luxe hotel waar ik ben verbleven. Het heeft wel de communist show off vibe maar het is goed onderhouden. De bedden liggen heerlijk, het zwembad heeft een mooi uitzicht en is lekker warm. De ligging is ideaal, twee van mijn tours starten direct ernaast. Een echte aanrader zeker ook voor de prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Vi måtte skifte værelse fordi døren ikke kunne låse. Nyt værelse havde en ekstra seng midt i det hele og havde tydeligvis ikke været gjort rent for nyligt. Skrald under seng og støvet. Lugtede hengemt. Badeværelset var meget slidt.

Bleach the smelly shower curtain. Improve the grounds. The entrance drive needs areas of kerb stones and gravel, redone. Get an English language (not Al Jazeera) rolling news channel on the tv system. Offer pancakes at breakfast since there is a chef already on-hand to make omelettes.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. I had a balcony along with a nice view. The hotel lobby was nice and staff were helpful. What i didnt like was the tub in the bathroom as it was deep and high which made it difficult to shower. I slipped when climbing out. Also the checkout process was terrible and I had to pull out my credit card again to complete payment, sign a document and then was able to leave. Why isnt this done up front when you are obviously in a rush at checkout if you are headed to the airport. At 4am, i was not in the mood to go thru all of this and I just wanted to drop the key off and leave. Please improve the checkout process.

La climatisation a fonctionné correctement. Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel.

Godt hotel, men 5 stjernet må have været i år 2000.. lækkert, pænt men bedaget og lidt slidt.

This was a special hotel. Super impressive and a really pleasant stay. It was very quiet and the view was stunning. They upgraded me to a suite which was a nice touch and Michelle was super helpful with a late checkout. It is pretty close to most things and I really recommend it. I also tried the laundry service and was very happy with that.

Parking area are ok but I don't understand why I should pay for parking if I stay in this hotel. Just in Romania happens things like this. I will never reserve room in this hotel

No heating when I was staying I catch cold in the Hotel. Hotel need urgent renovation I do not suggest any of you. Stay away from this hotel

Hatten einen Außenparkplatz, da die Einfahrt ins Parkhaus nicht funktionierte. Klima im Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Classy hotel. Super comfortable bed. 10 mins walk from Old Town. Near mini marts and restaurants. Would highly recommend

No value for money I paid over $200 a night and did not see the value. Check-in & staff: First impression was poor. The front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to answer simple questions like whether parking was available or how much it cost. Instead, we were told to “ask outside.” When we asked where to pay, the answer was “with me,” but still no clarity about parking. We arrived at 2:45 pm and were told we could not check in until 3:00 pm. The agent refused to even take our passports or process the information, even though the room was clearly ready. Everything was about passing responsibility to someone else. Room condition: Very old, poorly maintained, and not worth the price. The AC didn’t work—we had to call maintenance immediately. The phone never worked, and no one followed up after we reported it. The TV menu and QR codes for room service and property information didn’t work, leaving us with no access to basic services. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. The building feels like it’s falling apart. Amenities: Towels were worn out, some with holes. Bathroom amenities were minimal: just one small bottle of shower gel for two people, no shower cap, no cotton swabs. For a property marketed as 5-star, this is unacceptable. Positives: The bed was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast quality was very good. Overall: For the price, the service, facilities, and maintenance fall far below expectations. Definitely not worth $200+ a night.

First our towels had rust spots on them. restaurant on main floor was closed and the Bar & Restaurant on 21st floor had very expensive prices. We had to go out in the rain to find another restaurant to have dinner. Swimming pool closed at 9.00pm and at 8.30 we were told not to enter bc closing time is soon. Very low on the grade...I would suggest to be coted as 3.

it's the 4th time i stay at this hotel. i always enjoyed it.
