Le patron est très gentil et parle français L’hôtel est bien situé pas très loin de la rocade donc facile d’acces On m’a aidé pour porter ma grosse valise L’enregistrement a été super rapide La chambre spacieuse et calme

Was dreading going here from the reviews I’d read but honestly had a lovely stay. We had the deluxe suit and thought it was lovely the staff went above and beyond with everything. For what I paid and considering it’s România I really believe the hotel was worth the money only thing is I’d recommend they did English food as an option especially on breakfast.

Air condition didn't work as it should.

Stayed 2 nights. All amenities required are available. Fridge, kettle, even slippers and dressing gown... Quite a good selection available for breakfast and staff on hand for any assistance required Bed comfy... only downside is the outside noise but not in the hotel's control

Definitely I won't get this hotel for my next trip

It was a nice hotel with too many "buts".So, the good ones are : 1-The lovely stuff ,friendly and helpfull. 2- The room was cleaned up quiet well.3- Breakfast was good. The not good ones are :1-located away from the city center. 2-Diferent kind of not functioning things in the room. 3- Traffic noices were hrared sometimes during night in the room.

War nur eine Nacht vor dem Abflug nach Deutschland im Hotel. Hatte ne Suite und war die war echt ok und super günstig. Allerdings war das kostenlose Internet nicht verfügbar im Zimmer und nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurde mir in schlechtem English mitgeteilt das der Empfang auf den Zimmern schon lange nicht funktioniert. Die Bitte den Chef zu sprechen wurde mit Nicht da beantwortet. Ich könnte in der Lobby ins Internet. Aber wer möchte schon mit allen Geschäftsunterlagen sich ne Stunde in die Lobby setzen. Frühstück war reichhaltig auch wenn der Orangensaft auslief und die Servicekräfte dies erst nach 3 Litern bemerkten.

Déjà au premier abord l'hôtel est mal situé(dans une cité)il y a un vis à vis à 10 mètre des chambres,le personnel est démoralisent ni aimable et encore moins souriant. J'ai réussi à me connecter sur internet exactement 2 fois,1 fois 3 minutes et la seconde fois 2 minutes et tout ça sur un séjour de 5 nuits,ah oui j'allais oublié il y a une route (autoroute) horrible,le bruit des véhicules est assourdissant si vous laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Pour traversé et aller à l'arrêt de bus en face il vous faut patienter même si vous êtes en vacance!!! Et si vous êtes en véhicule patience patience patience pour sortir de l'hôtel enfin bref je ne vous conseil pas cette hôtel en famille et encore moins si vous y aller pour vous détendre car le personnel est là pour vous faire rappeler que vous les faites (BIP).

Prix abusif étant donné l'accueil et l'état des chambres: personnel froid; bonde de douche cassée; flexible de douche cassé... Heureusement choix au petit déjeuner. Les étoiles ne sont définitivement pas attribuées pareil en Roumanie et en France.

Our holiday started badly when the taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong Phoenicia Hotel - despite me handing him the confirmation clearly showing it... Luckily, the other one was only about 15-20 mins walk away... (It was about 40 degrees outside..) Upon arrival, it was all I had expected.. Reception staff were very nice & spoke very good English.. The room was very nice & the beds were very comfy.. I never really used the hotels facilities, but they looked very good... All that said - I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.. I went to watch my local team play in a Europa League qualifier.. The only problem for me was the location in relation to the Old Town bars, where all the fans were congregating... It was a 30ish min journey in a taxi. I would also say - if you are getting a taxi - get your hotel or restaurant to get you one... They will be the more honest ones & therefore a lot cheaper..

mit Taxi 20 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt, ziemlich am Rande gelegen, nah am Flughafen, Essen ist gut!

Stayed for one night on our family vacation breakfast looked like great variety how're they ran out by 7:30 starts at 6:30 and they did nor refill anything not even coffee .... There was a group of tourists so once they ate there was nothing left.... Staff friendly.... Bathroom had mold....after a few other hotels all through Romania I would still chosose phonecia comfort hotel because it was better than other four stars.... I would only stay at five stars in Romania .... It's hard to determine location so choose close to your destination....

Hatte das Hotel wg. der Nähe zum Flughafen gebucht. War früher schon mal im sehr schönen Phoenicia Grand Hotel, Budapest und dachte dieses immerhin 4 Sterne Haus der gleichen Gruppe wäre OK. Weit gefehlt: Das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße und die Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut. Umgebung hat den Charme eines Industriegebietes. Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber OK. Viele Bustouristen und sehr kleine Bar. Zimmer in geräumig und OK, aber eben sehr laut. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend und nicht. empfehlenswert Werde das nächste mal wieder das sehr schöne Phoenicia Grand wählen, welchen auch n ur EUR 15-20,- mehr kostet aber jeden Euro wert ist!
