The hotel is spotlessly clean. I always have a wonderful nights sleep when I stay here. The hotel is in a quiet location, but still very easy to enough to reach local bars and eating establishments.

Excellent service and a VERY helpful receptionist. The room felt completely new, like if noone had used it before. More than enough space for me. The only thing missing was a duvet. I found a duvet cover in the closet but no duvet. The room was warm and nice so I was fine.

A good, basic place to stay for an inexpensive one-night stopover.

I have stayed at the Line Hotel many times, it is always spotlessly clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a quiet location and I always have a great nights sleep here. Thank you once again for a lovely stay.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. From check-in to check-out, there was absolutely no staff present at any point during my stay. When I arrived, the entrance was locked and I stood outside with my luggage for over 30 minutes. I couldn’t call local numbers, so I had to wait for a stranger to pass by and kindly let me use their phone. Only then was I able to reach someone from the hotel. Shockingly, the person on the phone gave that stranger instructions on how to open the door and get the key — which was just sitting on an open desk inside, along with all the other room keys, completely unsecured. It felt unsafe, unprofessional, and incredibly uncomfortable. There was no one to welcome me, no help provided at all, and checking out was just as awkward — I left the key on the desk and walked out without ever seeing a single staff member. I genuinely don't understand how this place has such a good reputation. My experience was disorganized, impersonal, and borderline negligent. I would strongly advise against staying here.

I have stayed here six times. Staff are always very helpful and friend. The property is very clean and comfortable. I would stay again and would recommend.

Merkeze uzak ama temiz bir otel.

I have stayed at the The Line three times this year and I have always found it to be comfortable, clean and modern. There are shops, restaurants and banks within easy walking distance. To get into the centre of Bucharest you can use the metro. Turn Right out of the property and walk about 100 metres, then turn left and walk for about 10 minutes and you will find Gorjului metro station. This is the metro red line, for the centre of Bucharest get off the metro at Plata Unirii, this is the middle of city.

Am fost foarte frumos impresionat. O locatie superbă, calitate preț. Neașteptat de frumos si curat cu un design si ambient demn de 4 stele Am fost în decursul vieții cazat la multe hoteluri din țară si strainatate, care se pretind a fi de multe stele, dar pe nedrept. Acest hotel este pozitionat intr-o locatie sigură si linistita la intrarea in București aproape de atostrada A1. Acest hotel va ramane preferatul meu.

The hotel is exceptioanlly clean and very new. There is a kettle in the room and also complementary water. Staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the showers are very good. This is my second visit to this hotel and I would be happy to stay again and would recommend it.

I hope i Will not have to go back to that isolated place. If you don't get Uber to get you there, you have to walk, no transport conection closer. I walked like a 1km.
