Faraja Hotel

The Faraja Hotel is a great place to stay! Although there was an issue upon check-in when they were unable to find my pre-paid reservation for 6 nights, once they located it, everything was fine. The staff is AMAZING! They went out of their way every moment of every day in order to ensure that my stay was the best that it could be. When I asked where the local supermarket was, one of the employees got in my car with me and took me there, and waited for me while I shopped. I was traveling alone, and the area is very safe - the hotel is gated, and the security guard is very prompt and attentive. The reception, restaurant, and housekeeping employees are all some of the best that I have come across in all of my travels. Everyone was extremely attentive and made sure that my needs were met at all times. They even hugged me when I left and said that they would miss me, and then stood at the entrance to the hotel and waived goodbye to me when I left. I truly loved the employees at the Faraja. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, and I very much enjoyed my stay there. My room was large and clean, and the hotel was nicely decorated. The only issue I had is that the internet never worked, even when I was sitting right next to the router. But, based on how amazing everything else was, I was very happy with my stay, and would highly recommend the hotel.
