The Mirror Hotel

The hotel was under renovations when I went there so I could not stay. When hotels.com attempted to email and call the hotel to confirm a refund with them via email and phone, they did not respond - so I may just be out the money and never stayed there.

WORST HOTEL SERVICE EVER! After flying from brussel Airport, just wanted to do my test and sleep. Lucky i found a new hotel Woud Never recomend this hotel for Europees are as last min boeking

The sweat stained pillows had no covers, the walls had water damage. The room had a stale smell to it. The bathroom was dark and dingy but had excellent heated and pressured water

Horrible, loud music from opposite club till 5 am every day.

Service was devastatingly poor. My first night I was checked into a room that was not clean and the toilet was not working. The bed was extremely small and mattress completely worn out. The hotel could not also keep control of the noise levels in the hotel as there were rowdy guests staying in my floor who kept up and made noise all through the night. The breakfast menu was very disappointing- for instance on Thursday morning the only options available were vegetable soup, french fries and boiled eggs. Service at the restaurant was also extremely slow with food orders taking up to 1 hour and waitpersons quite slow in approaching and responding to customer queries. I would strongly not recommend for either a long or short term stay. You might have to reconsider removing the hotel from your listing to protect your reputation.

It was horrible experience of this so called Mirror Hotel. I had booked the hotel through Expedia and reservation was confirmed. But when we reached to the hotel in the evening, they said there is no vacant room reserved for us as confirmed during booking.. How can a hotel say like this ??? They transferred us to a hotel called Classic Hotel. But the facilities there were not up to he standard what we booked and paid. So I recommend all the guests not to book this Mirror Hotel. The was very noisy, very loud music till very late. Bathroom very poor.

Helpful staff, the bedsheets needs whitening; It doesn’t look clean. The reading table needs a reading light, the room is not bright enough and the more so for reading/working

The staff at this hotel are deeply incompetent. Every mistake that they could have possibly made, they did. They lost my booking. They tried to charge me at checkin, despite having prepaid in full through hotels.com. I booked a suite. They gave me a normal room. They forgot about my laundry - twice. They failed to clean my room or replace the used shampoo. It was so bad that I ended up checking out a day early and going to a different hotel. When checking out, they tried to charge me for another guest's meals. What a bunch of amateurish fools.

lInitially the hotel seemed nice.We quickly learned it should have been a 2*, (definitely NOT a 4*). We didn't get the welcome drink we were promised. Free wifi that was advertised never worked; we weren't able to check into our flight in advance. The shower in our room had no hot water;the shower from the room above us was leaking into our shower. Our friends' sink had no cold water.At dinner, nice view by the pool, but we were in complete darkness & couldn't read the menu. We asked for some light; they offered nothing. We had to go back to our rooms to get flashlights. Ordered pizza;30 min. later we were told the pizza oven wasn't working. So we ordered BLT's; 15 min. later we were told, sorry, they had no bacon. We ended up with a hamburger that was mediocre. The rooms were small and in need of attention. Our friends' room had wires sticking out from the walls where outlets hadn't yet been attached, and places that needed plastering or simple detail work to clean up paint overspill. The worst, however, was that we stayed here to get a good night's sleep before a very long flight the following day. The place next door is a night club, and all night long we could hear yelling & very loud voices as if we were in a tunnel (even wearing ear plugs). Oh yes, then there was the cigarette smoke that wafted up into our room all day & night, even though it was a non smoking room. The only reason I'm giving it 2* is because of appearance. But you can't tell a book by its cover.

This is a new hotel, The hardware is okay, no complaint for Rwanda standard. BUT BUT, the service is terrible. There is no TV channel, no WiFi in the room(It was stated TV and WIFI provided in rooms), I called the reception asking for service many times, after 2 hour nobody came, I called again the reception said very rudely "I know, but I do not care" and hung up. The software is terrible, other than software the rest is okay.
