Ich war skeptisch über die einerseits guten und andererseits schlechten Bewertungen. Schlussendlich ist es eine Einstellungssache im Kopf. Das Hotel ist 30 Jahre alt und es wurde nicht viel gemacht, hat aber alles was auf der Website angegeben ist. Leider ist das Management nicht sehr engagiert, denn es würde sich durchaus etwas mehr daraus machen lassen, denn die Lage ist ausgezeichnet.

Arrivée plus tôt que prévu, avant 12h, nous avons apprécié d'avoir pu nous installer dans une chambre bien climatisée avec la vue sur la mer. Il est possible de boire du café ou du thé, de réchauffer son repas dans un micro-onde et de profiter d'un petit frigo. Nous avons pu également partir très tôt pour la traversée vers la Martinique à 7h. Le ferry est à 30 minutes à pied. Le propriétaire propose également d'organiser pour nous le trajet en taxi. La salle de bain est vieillotte mais tout fonctionne. Le lit est confortable.

This was a great value find in Castries. I stayed twice during my recent Caribbean trip. Great shower. Amazing terrace with Seaview I would stay again.

This is great if you do not require lavish amenities but a clean room with peace and quiet at a low cost. I felt safe however upon arrival no one mentioned that I had to turn on the wall taps myself to have power in the room. I spent 30 minutes to an hour trying to figure out how to turn the lights on ,the television and to be able to charge my phone being that the outlets are not the same as in the USA. There is no office to go to upon arrival, The Property mgr just appeared out of no where after me knocking on all sorts of doors for almost an hour in the heat. The caretaker just said oh here is your room and vanished. In addition per the web for this property it states that there are airport transfers, well only to the nearby airport not the Henwanorra International Airport, which was never disclosed ,so when i arrived at the airport I called the property and I was told that no one would come pick me up because this airport is a Little over an hour way. So A taxi will cost you $100 . The people on this island charge because you are American and they know you need them to get around if you don't rent a car. However the caretaker of the property was very gracious to assist me in other ways that, im very grateful for despite the stress of not having transportation to the property or power once arriving that I had to figure out for myself having this being my first time to the island and a solo traveler. This place might have seen better days in the past. It's outdated and filthy. The linens were dirty, soiled and old...nothing like the photos displayed on Travelocity....so disappointed.

The bed sheets was stained the bathroom needs some for sure the updating. The cleaner is the receptionist she can’t tell me what time is checkout time. Seven im the morning i was awaken by the cleaner tell me that the owner tell her that she have to come to come clean the room. I then as the cleaner/receptionist to call the owner so i can find out what time was checkout time, he then told me its 11am i wont be staying there again and wont recommend it to anyone. The location and area is very beautiful.

There is not much around the area like bars or restaurants valence staying here you really need a car. With one poor functioning A/c unit made the property quite hot.

No front desk to speak of. Extremely confusing check in. A random staff worker found us searching for reception, and then seemed to pick Adam apartment at random to give us. The apartment itself was average. It was spacious, just no AC in the living room. But every person we met afterward had trouble checking in or reaching the owner. Very strange, and made me feel uneasy during the stay.

The location, the surrounding views, the general atmosphere were all pleasant. The people were very friendly and the apartment was very clean and was well equipped with all the right amenities to survive daily.

I liked how nice and open the balcony is the view was magnificent the rooms was clean.The place was magnificent. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely return.

My favorite thing about the property is the closeness to the ferry terminal. If you’re looking for a place just for a few nights then I totally recommend!

No hot water, internet went down for a whole day and night, no one to respond to any emergencies after 4pm

The headboard of the bed was not attached. No outlets in bathroom.

Property was clean, scenery was beautiful and check in was quick. Only downside i didnt get the wifi password.
