Sandals Regency La Toc - ALL INCLUSIVE Couples Only

The room was kept clean multiple times throughout the day. The spa was amazing. The staff was spectacular. I gave it an 11/10 for my first experience with Sandals.

The beach was beautiful in the property. It was a little outdated in the staff at breakfast always seem to feel like we were annoying them. All in all we had a fantastic time, but were disappointed by certain little things. The biggest was we paid $6000 for an all inclusive vacation and they not offer room service. It was still a great vacation, but we have had better.

The service was amazing. Food was great. Everyone here really has such great attitudes. The beach was beautiful and kept clean! I cant say more wonderful things about our stay here. Cant wait to come back one day (hopefully soon!!)

We stayed at Sandals La Toc for our anniversary and the views were absolutely stunning! We booked a Club Level Suite with the outdoor tub, and it was worth it. The room was stocked with full-size bottles (gin, vodka, rum), and the Club Lounge staff were amazing and super helpful. On the flip side, general staff around the resort, especially by the pool, weren’t as friendly. It often felt like we were bothering them if we asked for anything, and service felt selective. Food-wise, we had some great experiences. Pitons had one of the best steaks I’ve had at any all-inclusive. Buccan was a fun, hands-on dining experience that gave us a deeper look into St. Lucian food and culture. We also enjoyed late-night bites at the Olde London Pub — great wings and ribs! A few things to note: room service ends at 10pm, not 24/7. “Premium” liquor is limited — mostly Jose Cuervo or local brands. Only Club Level rooms get the full liquor setup; standard rooms just get wine and it’s not replenished. Also, if you’re there on a Friday, check out the Gros Islet street party — it was a highlight of our trip!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff are always pleasant which was a concern of mine when we booked and you don't tip. I've found in the past that the staff aren't as nice when they know you aren't supposed to tip them. Room was very comfortable, always clean! Food was average in most places but we did like the stay at one and play at all three. Our day at the Grande was enjoyable and we even stopped there again the next day after an excursion to have Crepe's again. Only complaint was no place to hang your wet swim suits that you will have every day. They said we could hang them outside and of course half of mine blew off and was never recovered from the balcony below.

Had an awesome vacation at Sandals La Toc from Sept 2nd - 9th 2025. The hotel was smaller than I expected, but was not crowded. No issues with finding chairs at the pool or beach. The main pool was so much fun! We also rented a cabana at the beach one day, our butler Dre was amazing and very attentive to the times when we returned from the water to see if we needed anything. The water at the beach was clear and we had all green flag days. They had cute water hammocks in the ocean that were fun to lay on and soak up the sun. The food was better than most other hotels I have stayed at, though I will say the buffet in the Pavillion is quite small. I want to shout out Janelle (spelling?) the supervisor at the Cricketer. She was amazing! We also loved the food and specialty Pimms Cup cocktail there. Service at the other restaurants could feel quite rushed (apps to dessert all within 30 min) and some servers were not the friendliest which is why my overall rating is 4. With that in mind, I would not hesitate to go back. We had an amazing time, and if you go, definitely get yourself to the street party on Friday night to experience an amazing night of food, drinks and dancing with the locals.

We really had a wonderful time here, our first time at a Sandals resort. Service was great, the room was nice but could have been better. The views were amazing! The pools were wonderful but there was definitely damaged tiles and there was an unsightly dirt ring around the whole pool, which after time started to gross us out... The beach was beautiful and we loved the cliffs. The food was hit or miss, but we enjoyed it over all. The drinks were great and easy to get. We do wish we would have had access to snorkel gear at the beach. The excursions were fun. Even with some of the things we didn't like we still would recommend this resort! But the tiles need to be fixed in the pools and maybe cleaned a little bit better.

Our stay at sandals La Toc was exceptional. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to any of our requests. Our favorite staff member was Share. She made our stay extra special with her customer service. Mikege at the pool was also great as was Germain by the main pool bar. Jamal at travel and loyalty was so helpful in helping us book our next stay at La Toc in 2027. If you go, make sure you seek out Share for her exceptional customer service. Also check out Nigel at the bar upstairs! He’s the life of the party!

Only had one good restaurant called Armando’s. Whole resort needs new roofing and pool repairs with tile.

Everybody was so nice, and attentive. Our housekeeper Macrina was the best!! Really enjoyed Sandals Regency La Toc!! <3

Older crowd, great food, excellent service

Really enjoyed the food and the service was great. Resort itself is very picturesque and great views out to sea watching the cruise ships arrive and depart. But, the sea is very rough with a red flag every day so if you are coming for the watersports, the Grande is a much better option. And because the beach isn't used as much as the Grande, there is a battle every morning to get the best located sunbeds. One of you will need to be up by 6:30am to secure a spot. But there is a lot to be said for having a coffee at that time in the morning and just watching the sun ruse cruise ships arrive. If you want to avoid this, either pay for the butler service (technically they shouldn't reserve beds at the main pool, but they do) or select a room category with its own patio / sun loungers.

This was the best vacation I've been on in years and the staff (we had a butler), accommodations, food, views of the ocean were all fabulous. We had an up to date room over the bluff looking at the ocean and it was amazing, clean, great service and fabulous views.
