Boudl Al Qasr

The property is in a quite area with many shops around (grocery, restaurants, gas stations, local transport, electronic shops). The only issue we faced was a broken AC in the sitting area and its repair would require time which we did not have.

The horel is good, service good. The breakfast food is very limited, cleaning room is upon request only. The perfum in the corridor is irritating. The gym is very bad. Location is good . The price is affordable

New room are excellent

Great stay for my simple needs. Reduced marks due to the microwave and tea pot being broken. The tea kettle specifically electrocuted me so that should probably be looked at. Staff was super helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Where to start? Well.as with all Riyadh hotels ive stayed in the reception area was immaculate with marbel everywhere. Reception staff at check in friendly enough. I booked a junior suite as i was staying 19 days and wanted a kitchen - kitchen not very good.no oven very few utensils and only a tiny fridge. I had to ask for a bigger fridfe which they eventually did get for me.fire alarn went off 5 times during my stay and numerous other guests tried coming into my room. During my stay room was cleaned only 4 times and each of these times i had to ask There is a park facing the hotel and a festival is ongoing, very very load music till 1am sometimes. Also says hotel is connected to a mall - it isnt.its about a 5 minute walk away.

1- check in was disaster 2- thé room cleaning quality was below expectations although we had deluxe suite 3- Receiption staff more like a robot than anything. 4- swimming pool open till 6 pm only 5- charges us twice

Only stayed for 1 night,.so.dofficult to give a full review. Positives: it was a suite,.so.large reception room, kitchenette with hotplate and microwave, next to Al Qasr mall. Negatives:. Hot water pressure was a trickle at best, WiFi wouldn't allow VPN connection so unable to access work files, kitchenette was a little tired with burn marks on the worktops and cabinets old, TV channels poor.

When we arrived for check in they couldn't find our booking it took long for them to finally find it. Then our room was never cleaned, dust bins never changed for a period of stay which was three nights, no toilet paper, i had to buy my own. We requested for an extra blanket and plate and were told its not available. No meals were offered to us, not even breakfast. I regret staying there. Could have chosen a cheaper place instead.

Service not ok! I don’t rate this hotel as 4 stars. It deserves 3. Slow internet!

The beds are comfortable. The location was good. The staff very helpful. However maintenance of the room not good. The microwave didn’t work. Also the kitchen fan and bathroom fans didn’t work. There is a strip of wood not repaired around edge of kitchen floor. It was a continual tripping hazard. I must say they did fix the kitchen items for us. Even with the difficulty we had I would still recommend this hotel. Like all the boudl it is a comfortable stay.

The location is great by having nearby services like restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery as well as AlQasir shopping mall.

외국인 보다,사우디 내국인을 위한 아파트형 호텔 로 영어가 잘 통하지않아서 다소의 불편 가격대비하여 무난하나 관광이나 사우디를 잘 모르는 숙박객은 불편 하겠음
