Excellent hotel friendly staff. Intercontinental are always good whatever city I’m in.

Booked a club lounge room for drinks and snacks in the evening as my 3 previous visits. On check in was told the times for breakfast, lunch and evening snacks in the club lounge. When entering the club lounge in the evening I was told I had to book and pay extra for food and drinks due to Ramadan. The hotel said a message should have been sent but I received nothing. Had to take room service as the only option. I pointed out on their website that they still advertise club room access at a higher price.

I stayed at the hotel for four nights. Upon arrival, I was initially assigned a smoking room despite requesting a non-smoking room. The receptionist thankfully addressed this issue promptly and relocated me to a suitable room the following day. However, during my stay, I encountered two significant problems: Noise Disturbance: The soundproofing between rooms was inadequate. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjoining room, which continued late into the night, disrupting my sleep on several occasions (e.g., until 3 AM). Shower Drainage Issue: There was a blockage in the shower drain, which resulted in poor water drainage. Although the receptionist assured me that the issue had been resolved, it unfortunately persisted throughout my stay.

Upon check-in was provided a room under the roof swimming pool / lounge ; could not sleep due to noise lasting till 6 am. Request to change the room was not addressed till 24 hours after check-in.

The staff were lovely. The room service website is useful, though allowing guests more customization options would be a good idea. The

Great stay in the centre of Khobar, staff could not have been more attentive. Will be returning.

Unfortunately it will be my last stay in this hotel. Although the staff is trying to be helpful, the service and quality of the room is not up to the standard you should expect. - last time i was charged twice the room after they insisted that my booking (already paid in advance by the company) was not paid and i had to pay a 2nd time. - upon check-in the system was down (as often) so it took a lot of time just to get the room key. - no hot shower in the morning unless you let the water run 20mn before you need it!!! And these days the weather is cold!! Not a pleasant feeling to wake up. - no invoice available upon check-out (had to insist to have it sent by email later on) - last but not least, my window in my room opens on its own due to the strong wind!! Came back at night, it was freezing!! And then in the middle of the night, it happened again!! Best part?? No handle to lock the window!!! I’ve never seen this before.

良かった点はコストパフォーマンス、清潔性、悪かった点はホテル内のレストラン（食事中に床掃除をそばでやっていたので、注意して止めさせた）、レストランの料理がおいしくなかった。

Everything was excellent except the late check in althought I sent them the expected arrival time

Got a big room, quiet spacious. Room was clean .

No elevator from the parking to the hotel lobby!! The bathroom flooded with water. The receptionists are friendly.
