I regularly stay in this hotel for shopping. I love the hotel staff, they know that I have very little time to spend in Glasgow so they let me check in early.

Excellent location! Close to a lot of bars, clubs, shopping and restaurants as well as a subway line. I did think it was strangethat there was no attempt to perform room service while we were staying there. It was only four days so it wasn’t a big deal and I don’t like being disturbed, but I would’ve thought that they would’ve tried to clean the room it at some point.. it’s a value hotel so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. There was also an issue with the room key. We went back twice and had the key even replaced, but at any given time there was only one key that worked.

Das Personal war freundlich, aber die Zimmer sollten echt mal renoviert werden oder zumindest mal grundgereinigt. Es ist dreckig. Das Bett ist gemütlich gewesen und die Bettwäsche sauber.

Hotel don’t expect much , very basic, hotel staff not very friendly, or help full , lots of bike outside , not the area to stay

Stay was terrible. Room had a weird odour. The towels were not replaced untill we actually needed to flag it to the staff. The internet access was mid. The tv would not connect to the wifi.

Its a budget hotel, but its all that was available.... its quiet and thr reception staff friendly.... room is limited in furniture but the bed was good... needed more pillow's

The staff are excellent. The lady who was on duty from early in the day until afternoon is so friendly and she deals with customers so well including difficult customers. She’s always pleasant and helpful.

Hotel ok for the price room small, full of immigrants with there delivery bikes outside, being on my own and having one of them speaking to me felt unsafe, didn’t have breakfast there as they were get free breakfast

WiFi wouldn’t work. Elevators broke. Tv also wouldn’t work. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Nice staff though.

This hotel is shocking it’s a migrant hotel for many of its floors and very unsafe, had to book a different hotel and they refused a refund for this

Absolutely great place 1 minute from train station was a great thing as my walking bad but everything was 100%

Very basic but staff are lovely Ok for a budget break No bar no service but then seemed to be random people going past barrier and getting food ? Ok for a quick overnight stay

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Over a 4-night stay, the bed sheets were never changed, and there was no room cleaning at all — not even basic housekeeping in the morning. Towels were not replaced, and despite requesting it, toilet tissue was never provided on the third day. The room lacked even a basic telephone, making communication with the front desk difficult. To make matters worse, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful when we raised these issues. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend staying here.

Warm, friendly helpful staff. Rooms warm, comfortable, peaceful. No complaints and good value for money...

The hotel was busy with young foreign, who we were told were students!! There were scores of electric delivery bikes outside, so make your own mind up

The property has lots of public transport options . But the main highlight is its staff. I was greeted by hotel staff Kate who was so lovely. I had some medical issues and she went above and beyond to check me in early and made sure my room had the necessary facilities to keep me comfortable. Such staff deserve a medal for their excellence

Fine functional room. Bit tired looking but clean. Bathroom has an actual bath and shower curtain with mixer tap. Air conditioning not adjustable, heater either on or off, no temperature control. TV probably 20 years old but full set of Freeview available. Kettle with coffee and tea supplied. Lift can take a while to arrive as heavily used. 12 floor hotel. We were on the 9th and the view was great over to the west. One thing to note is that the hotel seems to be a hostel for fast food delivery operatives and there are loads of the bikes chained up outside with many of the operatives kicking about the hotel. Make of that what you will. Didn't use the bar or restaurant so can't comment on that. Check in was fine but the ragged piece of paper we received with our key card and room number felt very low rent.
