Great, efficient staff, parking available but limited, rooms a bit dated but fone, great location for the west end

Location is walkable to Kelvin Town. Limited free parking is available on site. We stayed on the ground floor which is not too safe if the window is open. Passerbys kept looking into our apartment, and they can climb into our unit through the open window. Toilet and kitchen facilities are good. Bed is comfortable. Location is not bad. Front counter lady juggles a lot of work by herself.

Everything is good except for the sudden lost of hot water late at night. It comes back the next morning.

Great location in a nice bit of Glasgow. Great having cooking ability as Waitrose close by for some dinner to heat up. Would defo stay again

We love staying here, and have never had any issues. The rooms are always clean and bedding comfortable. The shower is excellent. I usually bring a tea towel with me as it is not always provided. There is on site parking but not the easiest to access as it is down a narrow lane, but with care it is fine. the staff are pleasant and helpful, and the building is well maintained.

Great place to stay in the centre of Glasgow. Clean and cosy. Our room was quite small and we could have done with a comfy chair in the studio. It was good being able to park our car but the car park was difficult to get out of in the morning.

Stayed 2 nights in September 2023. Rooms were huge and quiet. Bed was worse than terrible. All food was south of the Botanic Gardens so it was a little bit of a walk.

Cant wait to go back!

Our room, which had previously been rated as scoring 9, was clean in the main area's like the bed linen and bathroom. The rest of the room was grubby and either dirty or very dusty with black marks and scratches on the paintwork all over the room. There was a broken wine glass, missing curtain rings on the curtains and electric sockets which didn't work. When I raised this with teh hotel they simply said it was due a "deep clean next week". The bed head was covered in dust and one of the lights had cobwebs on it,

The location of the tv was quite unusual, it was behind where you lay on the bed so you would have to have lay upside down on the bed if you wanted to watch it.

Very nice Apartments’s, very friendly staff. Very small car park at rear building (not easy to find). Overall worth to stay! Recommend

Lovely stay and convenient for walks and dinner.

Large spacious apartment in a convenient location close to the shops, bars and restaurants of the West End. The only negative point is that on site parking is very tight and there is very limited on street parking in front of the apartments.

The location of these apartments in Glasgow's west end is excellent. The room was big and there was a microwave, cooker and fridge plus plates etc all you would need to make your meals although we only made breakfast. The cleanliness was OK, I wouldn't say sparkling but it definitely wasn't dirty. The cutlery and some of the utensils are a bit tired. The TV is very small for the size of the room. The bathroom is wee but adequate, the shower is huge and there was plenty hot water. The bathroom extractor fan seems to vent into the bedroom! The room we were in was like a basement room at the back but perfectly adequate, there was a sheltered patio area immediately outside but it was used by smokers so we didn't open the one "normal" window in the room. Overall our stay was more than satisfactory and I would recommend it to others.

Really love this place. Have stayed twice and get a great night’s sleep. Comfortable settee in room, and great dining table and kitchen. Large, comfortable room

The apartment was spacious, well appointed, quiet (back of the property). Room was inclined to be cold unless 2 oil filled radiators were on High setting. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Shower needed a non-slip mat on the smooth enamel surface.
