The service was just lovely , I'm sure his name was Scott , the room was beautiful, breakfast was great will definitely come back to stay .

I booked this hotel , as they had swimming pool, which would be good for myself, and two grandchildren. I then get a message from the hotel 7 days before I arrive, saying that there ration policy, is 1x Adult x1 child. So if you wish to use the spa facilities you can't. I tried to find the policy on website, but I cant find anything regarding the policy. So please be aware

All good, staff are friendly, bed was comfy, pool was a great touch, just a shame that the sauna was out of action.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist at check in. Room and bathroom were both a really good size. Massive bed. Great window insulation. My room was very close to the M8 but even standing by the window you couldn't hear any traffic noise. Unfortunately the room wall insulation wasn't as good and I was kept awake two of the four nights I stayed because of people in the next room shouting and making noise until the early hours. The pool area is nice and the gym looked very well equipped.

Lovely staff

The hotel room was lovely with a comfortable king-size bed and large bathroom. Most outstanding was the staff. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was professional, friendly, and welcoming. She then went above and beyond to help us get our laundry done before we had to leave the next day. Superb service!

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. From the minute we arrived to the very last minute we left the service was excellent. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Room was cracking 👌 breakfast excellent. Overall a fantastic time. We will definitely be back!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good walking distance to town centre, SEC and stations. Good to have leisure centre… would have received more if sauna room was not out of order.

Room was comfortable and clean. Good location for city centre and events at Hydro. Only downside was the limited time the bar was open.

Room was disappointing. Large but uncomfortable bed, old furnishings, dirty window and carpet with numerous stains. Air conditioning didn't seem to work. The hot water from the bath tub was a dirty brown and had to run the water for a good few seconds before it became clear. The lobby and dining area are very nice and modern but beyond that it feels very outdated. Staff were very friendly and the food was okay if not a bit expensive.

Stayed at the hotel whilst attending a show at the hydro. Hotel was nice and staff friendly but when going to our room late at night I became trapped in the bathroom as the door handle was broken and I was unable to get out. I managed to get someone to let me out from the outside but this meant we were unable to shut the door which meant we were unable to use the shower etc. Contacted reception in the morning and was told to email the manager. I have done on a number of occasions and my complaint has been completely ignored. Hotels.com have tried to contact him as well and have also been ignored. Terrible customer service over a serious health and safety issue

A great hotel in a convenient location for the Hydro. Rooms were spacious.

From the moment we walked in, ALL of the staff were excellent. Everything was fantastic.

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times over recent years, but unfortunately our last stay was awful. Dinner and the bar were good, breakfast was OK, however the bedroom windows don’t open and the air conditioning did not work. They obviously knew as there was a large air conditioning unit in the wardrobe and fan on a stand, however we had both on all night and the room was like an oven, and we could barely sleep it was so uncomfortable - they did not cool the room in February. Layla was not very helpful in the morning and seemed disinterested, I think she thought I was trying to get a free stay. I travel a lot with work and was extremely disappointed with the room facility and service. Plus the website says there is no parking and directs you to Q Park 15 minutes walk away, despite there still being parking available across the road which I’d used previously. However the booking process gave the impression this was no longer available.
