Clean, quiet and welcoming. Room had a not so appealing view of a grassy, weedy bank with construction ladders.
Auto lights and fan when going into the bathroom at night can be abrupt and startling. Overall a really lovely place with good amenities, welcoming staff, with good food.

We had two rooms, one had clearly been renovated, whilst the other hadn't. Renovated room was lovely (especially the bathroom), other room was okay, but wouldn't necessarily want that one again for the price. Shower was in dire need of a refurb. Rooms both had a lovely view.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Be aware that there is not a lift in the property - we were travelling with an elderly family member and the stairs would have been an issue if we were staying longer.
If you are considering breakfast, pay for the cooked version, as continental is very very limited.
Overall, a good stay, and I would return.

My favorite property I have ever stayed at. The staff is extremely caring and sweet. They all made sure that they made our stay for our honeymoon special.

Beautiful location, great for exploring the Argyll coast and Oban. Rooms, reception and lounge all very nice and redecorated in past year or so. Dining room a bit tired and gloomy. The food we had was decent. Not great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very Faulty Towers…..My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights after arriving from New York in October 2024. The stay from start to finish was faultless. The room was beautifully decorated, with a good choice of hot drinks. The bed was massive and super comfy. It was the staff that really made this stay so good. They were all very friendly and accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. They go out their way to make sure everything just perfect. The food was also delicious.

I would stay there again just for the bed, let alone the great service, super friendly staff and incredible views. Had a meal in the hotel for my birthday and not only were the staff lovely and food delicious, they treated me to a surprise dessert platter!

Lovely hotel in beautiful setting. Near enough to Oban but overlooking loch. Bed was comfortable and room was cosy. Dinner and breakfast very yummy. All staff very friendly.

Apon arrival we were welcomed and showed to our rooms by a wonderful women who seem to everything. Lovley quiet hotel with beautiful surroundings and space next to the log fires in the bar and enjoy your stay
