Attentive staff great room great parking

Mill and Brae went out of their way to accommodate me when the hotel I had booked with cancelled the booking at 21.45. They couldn't have done more

Lugar tranquilo y limpieza. Comodidad en las camas y la habitación. Somos 4 en dos habitaciones. Espacioso. Cena deliciosa en el restaurante. La atención del personal. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Staff were very helpful, room was clean, food looks amazing, only downside is it is a bit away from the Airport and the Tiwn Centre of Paisley, but is well connected by bus

The property is designed really well and was what I anticipated from the photos. The front desk staff for check in were friendly and honest about the issues with it being unbearably hot in the room. They placed a fan inside, but given the abnormally warm outside conditions, it didn’t help. We appreciated the effort but it made it a bit challenging to sleep.

Second stay. Used EV charger, so perfect for overnight stay.

The staff at the front desk helped me navigate some complicated travel plans which worked great.

Need to fix pot holes all over lot. Otherwise perfect stay

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Extensive selection of baked goods for a treat. Enjoyed the dinner options each night and lovely breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. The only annoying thing was the shower was hard to figure out. Everything else was perfect

There's was an extraction system on all night. Asked night porter to turn off at 11.30 pm but came back on all night in fact 2 extractors on all night. Spoilers a good romm and night. Would not stay again.

Had no heating and no hot water, reported it twice and had no response from anyone!

Stayed before a few times, handy during week for appointments in South side of Glasgow and Lanarkshire. Nice rooms with quality beds, seating and tables for any work having to be carried out, good shower. Dining experience good, menu basic but enough and plentiful helpings( 2 course more than enough) not a lot of healthy options available would be a minor gripe

Not impressed with the response to our complaint Arrived at 10.30 to totally unacceptable noise from a disco which we were told would finish at 12.30 Gave no indication previously that a party was booked There was no way we could put up with the noise for 2 hours It was deafening!! !So loud it was impossible to even hear the television At that point we decided there was no way we could hope to sleep until who knows when. We decided to leave at that point There was no one to speak to by then to complain to.Have asked for a refund but have had less than a positive response to our complaint from management Our advice to anyone thinking of going to this hotel at the weekend would be to check there are no parties booked if you hope to have a decent nights sleep

The room was clean and no problems there but for anyone looking to make a booking make sure there’s no party there as it was really loud until 1 am then fighting in the hallways ….. hardly slept so wouldn’t use this place again for that reason.
