Bloody brilliant. Totally worth the money and such great decor.

One of , if not , the nicest Hotels I have stayed in whilst away working.
Spotlessly clean , very comfortable Large Bed and the Shower was Fantastic.
It's all In-Room service and my Room Fridge was adequately stocked with Local Cheeses, Jams , Juice and Salmon. There were Rolls and Crisps also and 2 Large bottles of Prosecco and Still Water.
There is also and Self Service Honesty Bar on the Bottom Floor as you enter the Property that was well stocked will local Island Malts and Gins.
If I ever return to Mull, I'll definitely be booking this Hotel again.

Beautiful room - a comfortable place that feels like a home. Attention to detail was throughout. From the carpet to the ceiling was quality, and extremely clean. The sunny living room was so comfortable. This beautiful little harbor town had the friendliest folks. The only regret, I didn’t book a longer stay. Side note - I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was too nice not to share.

One of , if not , the nicest Hotels I have stayed in whilst away working.

Quite an unusual place. Fanciful colorful decor, designed by someone with a sense of fun. No visible staff. No reception desk—they tell you the room number and door passcode ahead of time. A well stocked bar, but no bartender—serve yourself honor system payment. Continental breakfast is already in your refrigerator when you arrive, and is high quality (with Prosecco!) and is magically restocked daily. It sounds bizarre but it works. Everything is in good repair and comfortable. Staff is available by phone if you have a problem, which we did and they were very responsive.
The big drawback is that walking to the Main Street and harbor, though close, is very steep. Highly recommend driving to the harbor parking lot.

We were put into a disabled room which saved climbing the stairs, however the bathroom door did not lock and swung open so offering no privacy
Toilet cistern was like a jet engine starting, very noisy

Found it quite easily and whilst the door lock is as sensitive as described got in ok. Room is a good size, clean and I liked the novel catering solution. Suited perfectly for my visit. Easy parking and a short stroll down to town if steep hills aren't a problem.

What an amazing find…a beautifully maintained hotel in the heart of one Scotland’s most beautiful places.
The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped. There are no staff on the premises but the rooms are serviced each day and the amazing variety of breakfast ingredients (including locally-sourced smoked salmon and cheeses as well as granola, fresh rolls, croissants and preserves, juice etc.)

Absolutely loved our stay here!!! The decor is amazing, love the entire concept of the place. And they provided a ton of food for breakfast! Bed was super comfy. Overall 10/10

Overall the stay was very nice. We only stayed for one night and it was very last minute which is why I didn't research that the only way to get there was by taking at least one ferry (which was full so we took another route and took two ferries). I know it said it was on the Isle of Mull but since it was our first time in Scotland I thought there would be a bridge. My bad. Not having any staff on site was a little unusual but not necessarily a bad thing. We were able to get into the property and the room following the instructions given. I noticed that the light in the mirror on the washroom had been disconnected and taped off which just meant that using the washroom in the middle of the night was either very dark or very bright if you had to turn the only light on. My wife was a little disappointed that the only wine was prosecco. It would have been nice to have at least one non-sparkling white wine and/or one red wine to choose from but perhaps they are not available in smaller bottles or container sizes in Scotland.
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was quiet and it was within walking distance to the main waterfront street for someone with average health (have to walk up a hill from the waterfront to the hotel). The owners consider it a boutique hotel and it may not be for everyone but overall it was quite a nice experience.

Bed, bathroom, shower, location fine. Food stocked in frig not 100% fresh and local. Plus was too much for one person for one night. Coffee machine did not work.

After a small hiccup with our room we were moved to another room and could not fault anything.
The room (room 1), was large, beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was the perfect temperature (autumn weather in Scotland).
The continental breakfast was also excellent, the coffee pods were very easy to use and made the room smell amazing. The bottle of fizz was a lovely surprise too.
We would definitely go back again :-)

This was a beautiful and welcoming property. Everything from the breakfast hamper to the bedding, towels, and other amenities were excellent. It's in a great location, with the view and decor really outstanding. I'll be back!
