Great location, easy access to everything.

Very comfortable rooms for the four of us. We definitely enjoyed the area with restaurants nearby. The cafe downstairs has a super breakfast. Parking was nearby at the park so an easy stroll away.

This is a great place to stay in a hopping area of Aberdeen with several restaurants and pubs nearby. The rooms are clean and the windows open for fresh air. We enjoyed our stay. This is not a traditional hotel. There is no staff on duty at the hotel. All assistance with the hotel is through text messaging but the owners are very responsive. There's also no elevator to get to the rooms. Rooms are on the 3rd floor with only long staircases to get there. So, for reference, you will need to carry your luggage up to your room. Also, google maps does not work well to get you to the hotel. The owner has better directions. You can pull your car to the front of the hotel for unloading/loading. Parking is up the road at the train station. Aside from these small things, it's a nice hotel. Bonus is the great coffee shop below for breakfast.

Inngang til hotellet var en mengde søppelspann på rad, men tilhørende lukt. Hotellet var uten resepsjon, og en måtte ringe et nummer for å få kode til inngangsdør. Det var det heller ikke mulighet til å lagre bagasje ved tidlig ankomst. Rommene var fine og mer moderne enn resten av hotellet. Det var en del støy fra gaten.

Lovely old brick build property, coffee shop under renovation so you eat out in many eateries around. Altogether a fine stay. Xx

Lovely modern hotel in the centre of Aberdeen. Clean and comfortable and convenient for all Aberdeen has to offer, many of which are on the door step, The Coffee House, for example. Lovely warm welcome, quick check in. Be aware though, than the rooms are on the second floor and there is no lift.

Really good hotel/pub. Clean, modern, spacious room and bathroom. The shower is combined with the bathtub, which I don't like, but the shower was that big that it wasn't any issue. The bottom floor is a really nice coffee shop during the day and a pub at night on weekends. We did have to wait until after 5pm to check-in due to their cleaner calling in sick, but this really wasn't an issue as the staff were so nice and offered us free coffees or other drinks whilst we waited. Only 5 minute walk from the train station so great location. Definitely recommended!

Friendly place. But don't book though Hotels.com as they charged £15 more than calling The Coffee House direct.

An extremely disorganised 'hotel' with sullen, unhelpful staff. This is a cafe attempting to expand business by operating a hotel on the side, only the staff have none of the social skills or knowhow required for this industry. The 'no can do' attitude of one individual continued from the moment we arrived until leaving the next morning, when we were curtly informed that we'd have to find breakfast elsewhere as the cafe was behind schedule and no supplies were available! The unapologetic attitude was the final straw, prompting the writing of a negative review. The best part about our brief and unpleasant stay was leaving, and the relief that we'd been able to book into a different hotel in Aberdeen for the remainder of our trip.

Lovely hotel the staff where very helpful it was very clean I would go back there in the center of town a lot of pubs around it but you could not hear any noise inside the room

What a pleasant surprise! In the heart of Aberdeen close to a vast array of excellent bars and restaurants. The rooms are newly decorated with top quality furnishings. Superb smart tv in room and top of the range power shower. Although its in the centre there was no noise to disturb you in the room. One thing to take into consideration is there is no on site parking so you would need to use the NCP car park a short walk away. Excellent value for money.

Central location, bright modern room, excellent bed and powerful shower.

Had to wait for someone to come and let me in .I arrived about 8.50 waited 10 mins Was a little noisy but very comfortable bed and room was void

A lovely place in the heart of Aberdeen. I appreciate the cleanliness and a well-appointed room.

Staff were great and super helpful despite being closed when we arrived. Bed was massive! Super king I believe. Only downside was that there wasn’t much room left around it! Ameneties all looked very new and shower was quite nice. Only downside was glowing green light above our front door while we slept and smallish rooms. Still, very nice.

The rooms were lovely and clean, it was nice and quiet of a night and the staff were very nice and helpful, There is the coffee house cafe underneath the hotel. This sells lovely sandwiches, salads and cakes. Organic bread etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.
