The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching official photo identification. The mandatory damage deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link, due within 24 hours after booking. Advance payment of the damage deposit is required to check-in. On December 24 and 31, the damage deposit is GBP 500 per stay.
