Twin Lions Hotel

Very uncomfortable bed, hotel is very run down and needs renovation.

Hotel is a bit tired and dated but the room was comfortable and quiet.god price too

Room was clean and perfectly acceptable for the price paid, bed was comfy enough and bathroom clean. Yes the premises are a little tired decoration wise etc. but if you’re just looking for a nice easy access, well priced hotel to put your head down whilst out and about in Ediniburgh. Then this is perfectly acceptable. Breakfast was fine also and parking onsite. Would use again.

It was very convenient to stay at Twin Lions in terms of location and facilities. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.

Staff were pleasant and helpful but the hotel is badly in need of a complete overhaul! Poor quality mattress, scraped and worn paintwork, mismatched carpets, creaky floors... the list goes on! If it wasn't for its proximity to the airport, no one would choose to stay there!

There is a parking lot onsite and on the street beside the hotel. Staff were very friendly. The place is run down but it is clear attempts are being made to improve things. One thing was the pump for the water was loud so be wary if you need a drink or a pee cuz that pump is gonna let everyone know you are up!

The single room was really basic and in need of some serious refurbishing. Also, the rest of the hotel is very dated and is run down.

L’hôtel est dans un état délabré. On sent les ressorts du matelas. Les sanitaires ne sont pas propres. La soit disant balnéo est cassé. Pour 150€, c’est honteux.

Pretty much okay for my needs; I just needed an affordable place on the west side of Edinburgh. Only let downs were the small room and shared bathroom; I suspect they were so keen to fit in as many rooms as possible the didn't want ensuite that would take up spaces.

The staff were outstanding, esp our chef and front desk receptionist. Good breakfast! On the minus side, there were no hangers in the closet, no tissues, and no light over the bed for reading

Todo muy sucio ,el cuarto de baño que es compartido le falta higiene.el habitación una buena nano de pintura y lavar las cortinas .el cocinero buena voluntad pero no cocina bien .aparte de eei esta a 50 minutos del castillo andando .pasa el bus 100 cada 10 minutos que es muy uril para ir al centro y al aeropuerto.

This was pricey - over $300. The bed was horrible - you could feel every spring. The room almost certainly had mould. The shower only operated with very cold water. Overall, a big disappointment.

Owners and staff very friendly and the hotel is in a good location with a bus stop right outside. Hotel decor is very tired and the rooms are very small. Breakfast was average.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant et donne de bons conseils pour le diner. L'hôtel est bien situé. La chambre et la salle de bain privative sont propres. Par contre l'ensemble aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement et les murs sont vraiment trop fins : on entend tous les autres clients (arrivée, départ, discussions, ronflement), pas évident de bien dormir.

Meget små værelser og blød lille seng men søde personaler og ok morgenmad og meget nemt med bus både til City og airport

Food service was not available and breakfast was not served that day. Otherwise a quiet and peaceful place to rest.

Nice to have breakfast and parking. In need for an update of the bedding and bathroom.

The location was good with the bus to the City stopping just outside. The hotel was tired and some areas in need of a good clean. Overall very disappointing.
