Air Star Hotel

Ver spaceous room.

Our confirmed and receipted booking wasn't showing on the system so we were told we couldn't book in. After a long and tiring wait, we were allowed a key. The room heating was off, shower bracket is placed at knee height so totally useless. There's a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee and only one glass. Towels are worn and stained. A very poor effort - would not recommend.

Das Hotel befindet sich nicht weit weg vom Flughafen und es ist eine gute Alternative in der Nähe zu bleiben wenn man morgen früh wieder weiterfahren muss oder wenn man sehr spät am Abend ankommt. Der Service funktioniert auch in der Nacht was ein super Pluspunkt ist. Das Transfer vom und zum Flughafen ist günstiger als die freien Taxis. Schade dass ich es nicht gewusst habe. Das Zimmer war auch gross und komfortabel aber es gibt 2 Zimmer mit 1 Toilette und Dusche. Es hat mich nicht gestört, ich war alleine. Die Toilette und Dusche waren sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstücksraum war leider weniger sauber, da könnte was verbessert werden. Aber sonst komme ich wieder gerne

Bathroom wasn’t clean, there was black hair everywhere. No bar or anything to eat or drink except a vending machine that doesn’t give change. It’s 5 min from the airport but transfer is 20 EUR per person which is ridiculous and over the top. They need to do a better job at accommodating their guests.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It looks like it has been newly renovated. Rooms are ample and beds are comfortable. We booked for 4 but the room only accommodates 3 people - even though the reservation was for 4, we were given 3 pillows and 3 bathing There towels, even after we were moved to a supposedly bigger room, which ended up being similar. There are no amenities near the hotel. Although it was a pleasant stay, it ended in a negative note as we prepared to have breakfast. I honestly don't know how that can be called breakfast. Sparce, cold, dirty forks and knives, bland coffee. The decor matched the quality of the breakfast asit seemed like we went back in time. Staff at the breakfast station were unfriendly and distant. Do not pay for the breakfast if you are given that choice. Overall, the hotel is nice. Just needs small improvements such as making keys that actually work and having staff be aware of the airport shuttle that is available and advertised. I would recommend for a quick layover, but definitely avoid breakfast.

If you need to catch next day early flight - this hotel would work. It is clean, but looks like 2 star motel. I wish they had airport transfer included, but they did not, Communication was poor. I paid 60 euros for the round trip. And hotel is not cheap either.

Hotel is about 5min from the airport, very quiet neighborhood , clean rooms and friendly staff

While this hotel was fairly new, close to the airport and room was specious and nice, there was a major issue - no running water!!! Staff was very friendly and professional and they have eventually moved us to a different hotel owned by a same owner so that we can shower and get ready for another travelling day. However, new room much smaller and had only 2 towels and not enough beds and/or bedding. I forgot to mention we were family of 3... Considering this is in Serbia and close to its capital, this is should not be happening in 2025. It seems like these hotels were built with no appropriate infrastructure in the corn fields and I feel bad for people working there and having to face disappointed customers daily. Our stay was only for one night and with move and early flight we really just got to shower and take a 2 hour nap:(

Tres grande chambre dansncet hotel AIR MI où j'ai été redirigé pour cause de souci

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht...hatten das Airstar mit Deluxezimmer gebucht und wurden vom Hotel in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht...Zimmetpreis im neuen Hotel 50 Euro...da wir das Airstar für 89 Euro gebucht hatten misdten wir dieses auch bezahlen...ich würde das Airstar nicht mehr nichen...einfach zu unverschämt...aber mit deutschen Touristen kann man es ja machen

Staff was very friendly and helpful, even loaned me an outlet adapter. Rooms are clean and new, bathroom is a little tight by American hotel standards.
