Hotel City Savoy

Excellent

The room quality was not as good as previous visit and room cleaner not so good on occasions. Other than that everything was good.

The beds in our room were very uncomfortable. Constantly sweating from the mattress side, was in the hotel for 3 nights, did not sleep well for a one night. The windows did not open and looked - out onto the wall. There is no towel dryer or hooks in the bathroom. The room was not cozy on the 5th floor. The breakfast is the same and not tasty, so much so that on the last day we refused to eat at all. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT.

Housekeeping was not impressive; bins not being emptied, uses coffeemugs not replaced, beds very poorly made. Overall gave a sloppy impression. Very kind and helpfull staff at breakfast restaurant and reception. We had looked forward to use the spa, but the water was very cold - and although we commented on it, it wasnt turned up to usual spa temperature.

I had one of the best experiences during my stay at the Hotel City Savoy. Starting with the very special and attentive service of the receptionists, Angela and Ana. They were the best! As I had an early transfer in the morning, they had prepared a box with sandwiches, juices and fruit so that I wouldn't get hungry on the way. What could be more special than that? Just for that the I want to return to Belgrade, and if I do I will certainly return to the Savoy Hotel. As well as being very friendly, they were extremely quick to solve any problems outside the hotel context. Angela was really fast in giving all the solutions and the best restaurant tips. And yes, the hotel is very well located, close to a bohemian and trendy area, the rooms are very clean and quiet and the breakfast is worth a wonderful and exquisite brunch.

Siisti ja hiljainen huone, mukavat vuoteet, poikkeuksellisen hyvin toimiva ilmastointi (ei vedon tunnetta), suihkun vedenpaine ja lämpötilansäätö moitteettomia. Runsas ja maittava aamiainen. Todella ystävällinen ja englanninkielen hyvin taitava henkilökunta. Tästä hotellista voivat isot ketjuhotellit ottaa mallia! Suosittelen lämpimästi!

My friends and I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was comfortable and great. The receptionists Sanja and Stefan provided us with a fantastic service.

Et hyggelig og sjarmerende hotell, veldig sentralt i Beograd. Et godt utgangspunkt for å utforske Beograd, med god frokost og en hyggelig betjening. Vi bodde på Twin Delux rom som hadde store gode senger og var utstyrt med det man trenger.

Nice place in a very good location. Our rooms (106, 205, 206) were next to the elevators so it was very noisy. Every person who speaks outside the doors sounds very loud. Terrible rooms!!! Unless replacing the doors with better ones it'll be too noisy day and night. Rooms are very clean, though if you're on a business trip it'll be difficult to sit near the desk, you'll have to squeeze yourself into the chair... Breakfast is good, fresh salads and a variety of cheese and meat.

Great location, great staff, very tasty breakfast and excellent room. Oh !! Spa after a long day tops it all ! I recommend and I will be back !!

Vasken på badet var veldig slitt. Ellers var rommet i helt oki standard. Frokosten var helt oki, men litt lite varmmat. Beliggenheten var perfekt. 500m til spisestedene og ca 6 min å gå til shoppinggaten. Kort vei til det meste. Lett å få taxi hvis man ønsket det. Hyggelig personale.

Loved the room, comfortable bed. Quiet, well maintained, kettle, fridge, clean. Good breakfast with all you could want, but go early so the cheeses don’t melt. Spa worked well, sauna and steam were hot. Very clean and all in good order. We Booked this hotel as it said on hotels.com that it is dog welcoming….but when we were leaving they said it was no longer dog friendly. But They were nice enough not to refuse us the night before when we arrived at 10.30pm. This would have been our regular Belgrade hotel had they actually been dog friendly.

Hotel ben situato nel centro di Belgrado. Le camere sono piccole ma perfettamente attrezzate. La pulizia è eccellente e la colazione è varia e di buona qualità. Punti di eccellenza: la spa con Jacuzzi, sauna e bagno turco davvero ottimi; il personale alla reception che è stato gentile e molto utile nel consigliare.
