Katastrophe

The bed was very comfortable and a/c worked very well and I could control the temperature. There were no smells and room was quiet and clean but the bathroom garbage was not removed though. Overall the room was much smaller than the pictures and my view from the window was back of the building unfortunately. I was hoping for the street view as I saw in the pictures. The breakfast was limited choice for a higher amount of money. I skipped breakfast but I would definitely recommend this hotel. The service is very good and the location is good. I was explained how to access the hotel after hours and I had no problem. I had a short but good stay.

Bien place au centre ville, mais impossible de venir en voiture (même pas en taxi). Il faut marcher au moins 10 minutes avec les valises a pied jusqu'au taxi. C'est un immeuble et il y a des affiches pour faire attention aux rats!?! La chambre, contrairement a celle de nos amis, n'était absolument pas protégée des piétons de l'extérieur (tout le monde pouvait venir jusqu'a notre chambre). Accès au petit déjeuner uniquement en descendant et montant deux étages a pied les escaliers (pas d'ascenseur). Les chambres sont minuscules (éventuellement pour une personne, mais absolument pas pour deux personnes), pas de table, une chaise pour deux, aucune vue...

Location can't be beat. Very comfortable within walking distance of many neighborhoods.

The internet wasn’t working at first, after innumerable attempts they could finally fix it but to my surprise the speed was so slow that I could only send whatsapp texts. Horrible experience with internet. Even the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, sometimes it got so cold on its own and the other times it stopped working altogether. Not sure why I was given a room right outside the hotel premises? The view from the window was dingy. Even the elevators worked on their own will. Rest all was fine.

Although there is a breakfast option at the hotel, we could not get breakfast. There was no slippers, no hair dryer. The room was very small.

This was a whirlwind trip to Belgrade for one night for football in October. The hotel/apartments were easy to locate, on the main shopping street, safe and very clean. Staff were really helpful on arrival and allowed me to store my bags until check in. Nice, modern and clean rooms and quiet at night (even with all the football supporters!). Safe for walking around as a solo female and lots of nice cafes nearby for breakfast. Would stay here again.

JätteTrevlig personal i reception som kunde bra engelska. Små rum men sköna sängar. Bra ljudisolerat med tanke på att hotellet ligger mitt i stan.

Eine sehr gute Wahl wenn man Belgrad besuchen möchte. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und man kann alles gut erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sauber und täglich gereinigt. Ein super Preisleistungsverhältnis.

The location is great and Milica in the front desk was very helpful, you can ask her any question or to get you good rate to get to the airport. i had to check in after hours due to my flight and she sent me instruction on how to get to my room.

這是我整趟行程最糟糕的經驗,我寄放在飯店的登機行李被飯店弄丟了,差一點沒有辦法出境,check out以後飯店櫃台告訴我會把我的行李鎖起來放在飯店的儲藏地方,但我傍晚五點回到飯店要提領行李去機場時,東西都在原地卻少了一紙箱,裡面全是我要登機的手提行李,包含最重要的文件夾(包含簽證及出差的報銷單據及現金)和購買的手工木製禮品,longchamp手提袋,克羅埃西亞紀念品,自己私人的用品如烘罩,上衣,薄外套等.我真的很希望飯店能善盡職責找出竊賊,歸還我的文件和物品,這讓我對塞爾維亞的印象整個大打折扣.不希望有別人也吃虧上當. It is a horrible experience in Serbia that my hand carry luggage was lost in the hotel. After check out the room, I leave four pieces on the corridor, two luggages, one paper box and one laptop as told by the front desk. I was told that my luggage will be stored in the hotel's locked room so I leave for a short walk in city center. Yet, when i return to hotel in the afternoon to collect my luggage, one paper box was lost. This includes my hand carry Longchamp bag, documentary folder which contains my Serbian visa and all the traveling receipts from Croatia to Serbia, the handmade wooden presents, my clothes and personal use equipment. I almost miss my flight after the long search in the hotel and the policeman told my translator that I need to report and make a record to regain a new visa for leaving the country. It really caused a nightmare to me and I really hope it won't happen to anyone again. I did not get any compensation from the hotel yet but I do expect them to find my documentation folder and please send it back to me because it is really important to me.

Very nice staff and very good rooms. Great location!!!!!! The best location you can get if you do not want to drive. Very good price. Thank you we will be back again.

A small, friendly hotel in a great location on quiet pedestrian street; modern, very clean. I did not try the breakfast. Staff very helpful with frustrating lost airplane luggage issue! Main sights of Belgrade are within easy walking distance. Good restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Modernes, schickes, neues, kleines Hotel in bester Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone und Einkaufsmeile Belgrads unweit des Republikpalasts. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend... wie selten erlebt!
